The customer service here is pretty bad. They dont pay attention or try to resolve issues with the customer. Had clothes come back with spots and lint several times and the process of getting those issues addressed was too painful. Finally decided not to deal with them anymore and find another place that focuses more on customer needs rather than just putting a check mark next to an order.
