DO NOT GO HERE. Terribly rude, I will not be a repeat customer. Picked up a light colored jacket, paid for it, then discovered before leaving that it had black dust all over the collar. Clearly it was from their rotating machinery. When I showed it to the kid behind the counter, he acknowledged it was from their machinery, but said I had to pay to have it cleaned again, because it wasnt "their fault". Are you kidding me? A dry cleaning company makes my garment dirty, and takes no responsibility for it? Asks me to pay again? I asked him if he did not see the ridiculousness of a cleaning company delivering a dirty garment, that they caused to be that way. He said it wasnt their fault, it was "left for too long". It doesnt matter if it is a week, or a month, or a year, customers pay for garments to be delivered to them in a CLEAN state. If their system makes garments dirty, that is their business problem to deal with, not the customers. Unbelievable. Going to Ultra from now on, they have been professional and polite to customers for more than 10 years.
