Manager was super friendly and guided us through the storage options. Updating this review after 9 months of using this Extra Space Storage. Gave a 2 week notice and once again the manager was friendly and refunded us a pro-rated amount for the month. None of my furniture got ruined for the 9 months it was there, finally got all our stuff moved into a place of my own. I would definitely recommend people to this place.

Received EXCELLENT customer service when I inquired about a storage space. The manager on duty, Liliana was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She was extremely patient as I had a lot of questions because I was nervous. She answered all my questions and explained everything that was involved in getting a storage space. This company is very lucky to have an employee such as Liliana

Mike was honest and straight forward about availability and pricing. No nonsense. We knew want we wanted and he helped is find a great unit. He also didnt hide the fact that prices were cheaper online than on his sheet. He honored the price. The location is a bit hidden but we dont plan on visiting at night. They also have restrooms available.
