Had my unit broken into. Apparently they just got a new security system, but there its no footage and the corporate office only Kris footage for a week. They went through every box and container. I dont know how youd miss that. The lock was still locked, and attatched properly to secure our unit. Apparently all you have to do is jiggle the knobs and units open even when secured. I witness this first hand when all the units were being inspected. Also you have to have a coffee to get in and out. They took three -four large grey tubes, a blue small one and several smaller ones, so they had to have a larger vehicle. We had to use a moving truck for them. All we have to our name is a tubs worth of clothes and a fridge. I hope who ever took our things are cursed by the darkest evil, and may you be haunted even in death. Oh thanks for leaving me my books of witchcraft.

Units are roach infested and Management does nothing to control infestion I had to throw away alot of my belongings due to this! Units are to dark at night and not allowed to use electric. Thrres drug activity on going through out the facility

I had a great experience here. The owner had wonderful customer service skills. I knew my things were secure. I didnt worry. I must say it is very dark at night. Lights need to be installed.
