THEY ARE THE BEST!!! This was my first time using a Storage Facility place and I had called around to multiple companies in San Diego. I was nervous because I didnt want to put my personal belongings in just any storage place. Godfrey and David, the Manager and Area Manager at Price, were fantastic! They gave me an excellent deal, walked me through the process from start to finish, and were extremely helpful on the day of my move. They even followed-up with me afterwards to make sure everything went smoothly! In addition to the stellar service, I was greatly impressed with the appearance and overall condition of the storage facility. It is climate controlled, easy to get to, and very clean! All in all, you cant go wrong with this company! I am forever a customer now.

The facility itself is older but clean - long hallways. The staff is (fake) friendly and not helpful. I rented a 5x10 unit - very small for over $100 which is not cheap and you have to buy their overpriced padlock. As it turns out the unite is only 4x10 which is 20% smaller then advertised. The guy in the unit next to me has the same issue. After several complaints in person and over the phone I just keep getting the standard answer. "We can try to find you a different unit." Really? Go back there and move everything again. Somehow I squeezed all of my stuff in there. They are not willing to offer a discount on the monthly fee - which should be 20% less. Really frustrating to deal with them. Bad customer service. Bring your tape measure before you rent something at Price.

This is really the only self storage place Ive been really satisfied with. The only feature theyre missing is true drive up access to all storage units. But basically, they did a nice job. Its clean and the staff are helpful except when theyre occasionally away from the desk. This is also a much better place to buy moving boxes than Uhaul, for larger better quality boxes, and less hassle. I no longer need storage, but I still go back for boxes from time to time.

Avoid this place. My unit at Price Self Storage was rained in because their roof wasnt fixed properly. My property was damaged. Its been over a year and I still have not received my promised compensation. Their management staff had no respect for my business. I am extremely dissatisfied and will never recommend using them. All positive reviews for this place must have been written by the staff.

This is by far the best storage place in town, from customer service to cleanliness. The staff is the most helpful and truly listens to the customers needs. Both Jim and Chris were very welcoming. If you need a place to store your stuff this is not just convenient but you wont find a friendlier crew than those working there. Thank you for always taking care of me and my familys needs.

This place has been truly amazing for my young family and I. Ashley is incredible and goes above and beyond by helping with tasks she is not required to do. The staff is friendly. Price storage is nestled between the Costco and Harley Davidson stores. There isnt a lot of parking but it isnt too busy either. They have both indoor and outdoor accessable storage units.

I like the ease of use! The warehouse is clean and spacious. I like how the lights automatically turn on as you walk thru. There is plenty of parking and it is easy to get in and out.
