After reading some of the reviews left recently I wanted to take a moment to write one myself. I have used Pacific Highway Storage now for close to a year, contrary to one of the previous users post the management here is extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well as the staff. They always go out of their way to help you and make sure things are done properly, for the price you cant really ask for more. I spend a lot of my time traveling both domestically and internationally for work, its definitely a comforting thought to know if anything at all happens while Im gone that it will be addressed promptly and taken care of. Not to mention they call you immediately or email you whichever your preference might be. I would recommend Pacific Highway Storage to any of my friends because I know they would have the same experience with them that I have, No complaints whatsoever.

Ive rented with this location for six months and Im satisfied with it. The staff is very courteous, the prices are fair, the location is new, secure, and clean, and equipment is available to assist you transport and store your effects. The only drawback I had, is that after 6 or 7pm, the facility is secured and you no longer have access to you items. This is in the agreement a staff member apprised me of this while going over the agreement but I still find that dissuasive. There is a penalty if you stay later than that and require assistance from security to leave the premises. This is just something to take in consideration, and you may need to make arrangements.

Awesome customer service! I never thought that I would rave about a storage facility, but this place is great. This is my second time renting a unit here, and both times I was impressed from the minute I walked in the door. The facility is clean, well kept, and secure. The staff was awesome and is very willing to help in any way they can. They even have a free truck to help move your stuff in which was a huge selling point for me. I highly recommend Pacific Highway Storage.

Pacific Highway Storage is a great place to store your belongings - long or short term! I had my first unit in 2011 and downsized as I moved things out and on leaving now in 2016 wanted to say what a great experience! The people are friendly, offer additional great services, trucks for moving in, and moving boxes and supplies right on the premises. It is always clean, well lit, and painted. The prices are reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend them.

The pacific highway storage family has been really helpful in assisting me with my recent move. Be it the truck they provided or assistance with finding the right size unit (I had to upgrade halfway through, ha). Ken is a great guy too and personally saw to it that I received everything i needed. Much appreciated as moving tends to be very stressful and with the help from an attentive staff i was able to smoothly transition this step of my experience!

We looked at a LOT of storage units when we were looking to rent a storage unit and many of them were horrible to say the least, then we went to Pacific Highway Storage. They are by far the cleanest and newest storage facility that we went to, they had the best rates, the nicest units and they are the most secure. Pacific Highway Storage is clean, convenient (location), and they have trucks and array of carts to haul in your stuff. I could have picked any storage anywhere, but the main thing that reeled me in is probably the affordable price. The staff are superb -super friendly, patient, and helpful. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who are looking to put their stuff away, you will not be disappointed.

This storage is a joke. We move-in Nov 2010 at a website advertised free move-in with rental truck and lock..... WHICH NEVER HAPPENED AND AGAIN. This AD still on website... misleading to customers, i also report to cusumer affair. fault advertising, not only that by 5 months we in there we received LETTER RENTAL INCREASE...WHOA!!! WHOA!!!! SORRY.I am not recomending to anyone this facility.

I was here four years. It is new, all metal and concrete, no wood so no termites. Recycling is handy for cardboard and electronics. Location is awkward. Loop around Smith st. is needed every time if going north on Pacific Hwy but BigLots and Burgerking is near. Rent was raised four times, time to move.

*CAUTION - FINGER PRINTS REQUIRED TO RENT. The employees I have interacted with are very friendly and professional. The business invites customers to shed documents, recycle electronics, and advertise their business at the facility. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the finger print requirements.

Before finally moving my stuff in to Pacific Highway Storage, I checked out MANY other storage facilities in San Diego, and this is by far the best! Ive been storing my stuff here for a couple years now, and always feel like my items are safe and secure. The staff is very friendly as well!

Friendly staff...easy access, with good hrs(7am/7pm) and gated entry a big plus. Units are good size and climate controlled, with good lighting through out facility.
