RATS RATS RATS!!!!!!! I cannot believe I pay money to have my storage unit infested with rats. I was so disgusted I had to throw away half my belongings. When you walk in all you see are rat and mouse traps. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! This is not an exaggeration... If you dont believe me go see for yourself. I have pictures of three occasions where I have found dead mice in my unit and in the hallways- all because management allows for people to live in the units. Not only that, but they dont do anything to get rid of them. I sincerly want my money back. I could not even believe a place like this is up to health code. It needs to be reported.

The manager there, Joe, is very rude and can be downright mean if he hasnt had enough cigarettes, the homeless people trash the place, the hours suck and rats can eat their way through the doors (I had a hole in my door which they would patch and the rats kept reopening, despite having no food in my unit). Overall, its the worst storage Ive ever rented from, the outside is filthy, the parking is horrible and the people who live in their RVs block parking spots while living and dealing drugs out of their vehicles all day. Dont waste your time or money.

I had my padlock cut here and an item stolen. I was not contacted to say my padlock had been cut. When I went to my storage unit to put something in it, I noticed that the owner of Secure Self Storage had put one of their locks on my unit. When I asked them when they had put that lock on my unit they could not give me an answer. Im not saying they had stolen something out of my unit but they sure did help hide whoever did.

This place is terrifying. The halls are filled with the shrieks of rodents caught in inhumane traps and the scent of decay. I let my partner do the talking to management because they always look at me like a piece of meat. This would make a great haunted house if youre willing to risk the health violations. I cannot wait to move my stuff out and get the hell away from here!

I was 3 weeks late they older man and lady decided to take items out of my storage such as gold silver and brand new make up all brand name. Very untrustworthy
