Staff were friendly. What I did not like is that in the short time I rented from them they raised the rent TWICE!! I started out at $61.00 and now $92.00!! I can understand a few dollars but we are talking about $31.00 rate hike. I finally was able to move my stuff out today and I went into the office to let them know that I was leaving and that I had swept out the unit. I was told that because I did not give them a notice I was vacating they would not refund me any of my money. They kept $79.76 to be exact!!! I have used storage units in the past and have never encountered anything like this! Thats why I saw so many packing out thia weekend. Everyones rate went up this month. Do yourself a favor and DONT rent from this place. I am taking my stuff back to Cubesmart Self Storage in Riverside on Fairgrounds Steeet. Wonderful manager there Myra. They are further from me thats why I came with ExtraSpace but I learned my lesson, travel the extra miles for the better deal and know that you wont get ripped off!!!! Professional, and very helpful. I went in on a Friday, had a 10x10 reserved for about $110 a month with the insurance I wanted. I mentioned to my sales guy Kyle I would be in and out alot because I store my work tools in the unit, along with household things. So they let you look at the unit before contracting it witch is awesome. I thought it was a little small but might work. Kyle said that if I will be in and out alot I might want one with more room with better access, I agreed. He saw i was a little frustrated and shuffled through his paper work and said here is one for $25 more and its twice the size. I was like ya lets check it out, turns out to be the best deal on the lot. Love these guys & so happy I went with a bigger unit. They even followed up with a call to make sure everything checked out and that I was happy. And I can say I am. Thank you Kyle & Frank

This is my second year here at this storage and I will be a returning customer once again! I am a student at UCR, and I am always looking for storage during the summer while I am away from town. This storage offer the cheapest prices and best deals out of the ones Ive seen. Both years I was here, they offered first month free storage, and if you refer a friend, you get a $50 credit towards both yours and your friends bill! Both times here, the staff was very helpful. I was out of the states the whole summer and was not able to call in to pro-rate my month in time, and was charged the whole month. I explained the situation to frank, and he helped me fix the situation. The staff is very friendly and its a safe storage. Thanks for everything! Definitely makes my life easier.

I was not able to get on the property because my code didnt work. So I had to drive a 24 ft truck 40 miles extra and pay per mile so I could secure my truck overnight. I tried calling the manager several times and left messages but no response. I cant keep driving this truck to see if he is working or not because of price per mile. I had to find another location because I have to turn in the truck by a deadline or pay double. I called corporate but had to repeat my self several times and she was very cold and suggested that I keep trying to call the location. My mother died Im clearing her house and this is not what I need right now! All I want is a refund please please please and thank you it would also be nice if you help paid for the added miles and gas

Extra Space Storage Riverside is indeed a ghoulishly grand company that keeps my household belongings safe and secure. Devilish fiends and ghastly ghosts keep away from this storage space with good cause. The man named Frank provided excellent service and showed his skills at staking the prices of competing companies. ESS is my go to in storage, a better place than the graveyard. Who would have thought zombies have sticky fingers?

There is an awesome employee here by the name of frank, he is such an outstanding addition to this company. Everytime I call, or have to go in to pay he always makes my visit pleasant. Having to deal with an uncomfortable circumstance putting ones personal belongings in storage, makes it easier when there are people like Frank around making it feel a bit easier, he is an extreme asset to this company...

This place is amazing. Ive only been renting here a month and I feel like Ive known Frank and the staff for years. They are extremely helpful and want to make this the best storage experience for you. I highly recommend renting a unit from them. The units are clean and very spacious. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ERIC AND FRANK!!!! SO FAR SO GOOD!!! I am a die-hard Public Storage renter but decided to support local business and am glad I did. Great location with great customer service. Competitive rate and love the hours of access to unit. Highly recommend!!!!! Plus my son loved the golf cart ride!!!!! LOL!!!!!!

Frank is a super nice guy! Lets you know everything up front, and even asked us, " are you still shopping or did you want get this one?" I didnt feel trapped to buy the unit. Gave me cold water and took us around in a golf cart to look at the units! So fancy! The experience was superb!
