I have been working out here for about 7 months now and the workouts continue to challenge me. I absolutely see and feel myself getting stronger each time. I am so glad when I saw the Groupon deal to give it a try because this is the workout I have been looking for. Working full time and a mom of two kids has given me limited time to get in a full workout. A major plus and why i give korefire a 5 star review is because of their instructors. Each instructor I have had so far checks for injuries so they can modify your workout. They also walk around throughout the workout to help adjust your form. I should also add that all the instructors are super supportive, encouraging and knowledgeable! This is the first time I have tried group classes where I dont feel intimidated and I get personalized attention from the instructors. Love working out at Korefire and love Lagree!

The name "Korefire" is very accurate. My body has never before been challenged to the extent that it has here. Ive taken classes with most of the instructors, and they are all very watchful and encouraging; they make sure you get the most out of your workout, but also remind you to work at your pace and keep you in proper form. Its also motivating to see women and men of all ages, sizes and abilities in this class. We are all working towards a common goal - of feeling stronger! Youll definitely have fun, build your endurance, and relieve stress (nothing gets you out of your head like focusing on making your muscles shake!). Give it a try, you only have to gain from going!

I have been going to Korefire for almost 2 years now and Lagree has definitely became my favorite form of workout. I really enjoy the fact that in just 45 minutes, the class works your entire body. I first came here after having my second baby and I not only weighed more than I wanted to but was also super weak. Korefire has helped me lose the baby weight and become strong and toned. I thought I was going to vomit after my very first class (I didnt) because it was so hard. But as I kept on coming back, I got better but the workout remained challenging. I highly recommend this studio!

Korefire is great place to get an intense total body workout in forty five minutes or less. This workout is both strengthening and slimming at same time. You also get cardio but doing very slow repetitions. There are only eight megaformers so the instructors are giving you a semi personal training session at fraction of the cost of personal training session. So I recommend trying workout if you have not tried it already. After a few months you will notice increases in strength as well as over all toning providing this workout is done the times a week.

The Megaformer is the second best exercise equipment invented. The first is the Supraformer. KoreFire Fitness has eight megaformers in the studio. Christina, the owner teaches some of the classes but she has about five other instructors. If you take any of the classes, all the instructors will work you hard. The idea is to work slow and not rush through the workout. Every muscle will get a workout. Classes are available every day of the week. If you forget to bring a top, towel or socks, they are available for purchase.

I have been coming to Korefire for almost a year now. I love Korefire. The instructors are encouraging, knowledgable, and so super nice. They make you feel comfortable and remind you not to compare yourself to anyone else as everyone has a different level of pushing harder. The instructors help you with modifications and always make sure you are doing each move in proper form. Each and every class is challenging and it never gets boring. I love the changes I see in my body from doing lagree at Korefire.

Hands down the most challenging workout I have ever done, even compared to cardio kickboxing, long distance running, barre, and pole fitness. I love using a Megaformer to resist your body with small isometric movements that target trouble areas like triceps, glutes, and hamstrings. Classes are easy to sign up for and is done on the website. Each class has 8 students so the instructor can focus on teaching and correcting your form. Bring water, a towel (you will sweat!), and grip socks.

Ive been doing KoreFire for 1 year now and still continue to be obsessed with the workout. I had every hesitation in the world before I ventured into this class, but I am SO happy I took the risk and walked in. KoreFire helped me drop nearly 20 lbs, reshaped my body, and helped tremendously with my chronic back pain. As a nurse that pushes, lifts and pulls heavy patients in surgery, this workout got my core strength to where it needs to be. Try it out, you wont regret it!

Ive been going to Korefire Fitness since theyve been opened in early 2014. Every class I go to always give me the burn. You can definitely see the change in your body. Sometimes, it still surprised me how strong Ive been since Ive been doing the Megaformer. Highly recommended for anyone.

I love that classes are challenging and fast pace. I am a Reformer Pilates teacher myself and I love to be pushed and challenge when I take classes. I appreciate that when I come to Korefire, the teachers make sure that I am working out for the whole 45 minutes that I am there.
