Disappointing that a company that is fully dependent on its customers would treat them so poorly. Their attention to detail is poor - I had mistakes in my order and they did not pick up the rentals on time. Worse, they did not take any responsibility for the mistakes or miscommunication. Clearly they are resting on the laurels as a near monopoly in the area.

We rent from Classic all the time for gallery events. When it comes to essentials like linens, silverware and glassware, Classic is spot on and affordable. Unfortunately, inconsistent equipment quality make us book two convection ovens knowing that one is bound to not work. Otherwise, they have a great selection.

Giving them two stars right now. I have been trying to get a quote for rentals for an event and cannot get anyone to get back to me. I have called twice and sent one follow up email in the hopes of a response. Janet and Lydia are two I have dealt with. Not impressed with the service.
