I agree with the other reviewer. This used to be a quality vendor but their inventory is in need of refurbishment. The chairs arrived stained, nicked and looked awful. The tables were grungy. The dishes were wrapped in plastic - but had soot all over them. Several had black marks and were not useable. After leaving 2 e-mails and 2 phone messages, the "manager" finally contacted me a week later. I had to repeat my entire story - since no one had told him about my complaints. First, he made excuses (someone was out sick) and finally took a small amount off the bill. Not nearly enough to appease me. I will never use this company again! I always like to give work to local companies - but this one is not being run in a quality, professional way. What a shame!

Extremely disappointed with their customer service. Lets just say it took about 3 months just to get them to put in a request for a chandelier and draping. Took about two weeks to respond to my emails to get an order together and Joe Dempsey never returns phone calls. If you have to deal with him I am sorry. Things finally turned around when we complained to management and they assigned our account to Janet. She is pretty awesome! She took care of us from there on out and made sure everything was taken care of. She is the only reason I brought the rating up to a three start or else they would have received one star from me.

Poor communication and if you are picking up, come prepared to be here for a long long time, while they find everything that you already ordered. After they finally find it all have fun loading it up by yourself with limited to no help from the employees. Overall, if they had any real competition they would not be in business.
