Management and service needs some serious work...We had 18 people and 2 were not present yet (though we were willing to pay for their shoes since we knew their sizes and they were on the freeway as we spoke) and they gave us 3 lanes since they expect 7 a lane. However since we had just already waited 30 minutes in their bar, eating and drinking they were not going to take us until everyone was present and give one of our lanes to another family of 3. Now do the math - by the time we all get our shoes, our balls etc. they would be there. She threatened to take one of our lanes (which were all together) away if not all 18 of us were present. She said she had a family of 3 next on the wait list to take one of our 3 lanes. We then mentioned to her the LOGIC - we have 16 right now, we could split up like we dont know each other and take the 3 lanes now with 16 people. She then proceeded to get upset with us and quickly say with my 84 yr grandma there I guess your family is more important than than the family of 3 and fine you can have the lanes and then proceeded to storm away and let her staff handle it. What CRAZY! comment out of left field is that?? Do the math - we have 18 people (16 present) we could take all three lanes now and seperate as 3 different families on the wait list - duh! This is not the first time I have given this place a try and Im ashamed I have given them my business (and chance) again and told my family about this place for our annual bowling event. Shame on me and my consumer $. Their process for reserving parties is appauling and unorganized - you would not even have time to send out invitations. Trust me, I triend in Nov. for my daughters 12th B-day. And dont get me started on how they dont take reservations, even for large groups on the weekdays at least. Their staff could use some basic common customer service skills and learn to think outside the box and for themselves, everyone around there seems to have to ask someone else first. After we finished bowling we decided (dont ask me why - it was convenient & the original plan) to all have dinner there all now 22 of us. There was a whole section below that could have accomodated us, however again servers had to ask our favorite girl again and you know how the story goes. We were all split up and could not eat together. While the facility is very nice and current, like a diamond in the rough - it really turns out to be a CZ in my opinion. Common courtesy would have been nice and each time I brought more and more business to them and they were such a disapointment. Now that disapointment unfortunatelty will be shared by others by word of mouth by this past experience at many dinner parties and gatherings, because it was that shocking.

First off, its a really nice place. Looks nearly brand new. There is a bunch of pool tables as you walk in, and a sports bar/restaurant. We went to go bowling and the lanes were great. They have A LOT of lanes, and I have a hard time imagining they ever fill up. Employees were nice and helpful. They have girls like waitresses that come to your lane and ask if you want drinks/food. Kinda weird if youre used to typical bowling alleys like I am. Oil conditions were good. As always, house balls are pretty low quality, with huge finger holes. We paid to bowl for a set time for a set price. When our time was running out, we still had a few frames to bowl and they added extra time for us without us asking so we could finish our game. That was a nice touch. Check it out. Youll have a good time.

Parts of this bowling alley are excellent and some aspects of it are just plain weird. The atmosphere here is pretty great and the decor is tasteful and modern, unlike many other bowling alleys Ive been to. Its an enjoyable place to spend time. They have a decent number of billiard tables and bowling lanes. If youre here on a Friday or Saturday night, youll likely have to wait a bit for a lane. They also have a small arcade available. Their cosmic bowling isnt very cosmic. Pretty much all of the lights stay on and there are still TVs showing games and stuff instead of the typical music videos. They also dont serve pitchers of beer, only soda. This was a little disappointing for a group of co-workers wanting to hang out on a Friday night.

Always busy, friendly but overworked staff and weak drinks are what contributed to my review. They have okay food and decent portions, its pretty loud since they have pool, video games as well as bowling. They do have a private area that is way overpriced, and if your lane gives you issues, youll get a small reimbursement. But if they never bring your food out, and charge you for it, good luck having them removing it from your bill without a discussion with a manager... They are so concerned with serving quantity, that they lack the ability to provide quality service. A single word comes to mind here: Distracted.

Its a fun atmosphere. There is a bar in the middle. They offer cosmic bowling fairly early compared to most places I have been. The billiards is spacious and in a different area, which I found refreshing since other bowling alleys usually cram into one free corner of the area. Food is pretty good and the drinks are mixed very well. However, the food came out so slow. We were already done with a whole game by the time just tater tots came out. Thats around 40 minutes just for tater tots. The servers were nice when they were present, but otherwise it would take forever to have our server come back.

The centers apperance is spectacular but everything else is horrific. Service is slow and unreliable. The managment is far from even being good. When I came to acme I wasnt expecting to wait forever just to get a lane for one person. Overall this center is just crap. The lane conditions are spotty and its difficult to get the same ball reaction on repeat shots. If you want to have a good time bowling and enjoy yourself acme is not the place to go.

This is a top notch bowling alley that compares well to Lucky Strike. They also have pool tables, shuffle board, full menu and a bar with a pretty good happy hour menu. They also have a private lane area for parties. The food is surprisingly good, Ive had a couple of the burgers, fries, onion rings and wings during my visits, and they are all great. One downside is the service can have long wait times, depending on when you go.

Bowling is overly priced but the drinks and food here is always good. Try to red fish bowl while youre here, or a unicorn fart. Sounds weird but delicious and worth your money. They also have an arcade toward the side entrance which I would say is my favorite thing about this place next to the food and drinks. They also have pool which is very popular. Good place for adults. Not so much for kids after dark or on weekends.
