While this is my first experience working with a staffing company to find employment, I cant imagine any other company being better than Crossroads Staffing Services. 30 minutes after applying for a position via the Crossroads website, I received a phone call from Cassidi Puentes notifying me that she had reviewed my qualifications and would like to schedule an interview. I was ready to be interviewed as soon as possible; thus, the time was set for the following morning. I was ready to go when I received a call that my interviewer was out sick; but, not to worry, another worthy interviewer stepped up to the plate so I could showcase my qualifications the very same day. This interview was my first Skype interview but I could not distinguish it from a face-to-face meeting. Robynne Schwartz made me feel relaxed and opened the lines of communication so that when we were finished, I knew she had a good sense of my skills and experiences. The employees at Crossroads are both compassionate and professional. I got the feeling that they are truly trying to match their clients with the best person for the job. They recognize all the qualities, even those not listed in the "requirements" section, that give rise to the optimal candidate. It was a pleasure working with them and would recommend anyone looking for a position or person to use the services of Crossroads Staffing.

I have nothing but good comments about this staffing agency. Starting with the first great impression from Cambria Huerta. She was super efficient to schedule an interview with them. They clearly understand the urgency of someone that is a need of work. The appointment that she scheduled for me was immediately. Erika Woods was kind enough to follow up with and made sure that I was being taken care of. Briana Gamino did my interview. She was professional and set an excellent example to me with her dress code and neat appearance. She was very polite and had me schedule for a possible job opportunity right away. When I needed her was very to get a hold of her, not like other staffing agencies where is almost impossible to get your recruiter on the phone. Briana even asked me to call her back after the interview with the company just to check how it went. She understood my needs and because of the great service I have received from all these 3 women I will recommend Crossroads Staffing to all the people I hear that is looking for a job. Thank you.

I am extremely impressed and happy Aubrey and Rachel with Crossroads Staffing had the foresight to see I would be a great fit as a candidate for their company. After the very positive and interesting preliminary phone interview with Aubrey, she forwarded my information on to Rachel. I was a little hesitant at first with proceeding because Crossroads Staffing is in a different state across the country and isnt local for me. Luckily, my small doubts were quickly subsided by the end of my initial conversation with Aubrey. I guess my radiant personality ;-) and my career experiences were impressive enough to move Rachel to expedite my FaceTime interview. Rachel has been wonderful with following up and providing continuous information on the status of the job opportunity, in which, Im looking forward to starting tomorrow! I would suggest not trusting Crossroads and their clients. Melissa had convinced me that this company was great and treated their employees well. This position was suppose to be a temp to hire. She told me that if I did everything right then I would be hire full time. This was wrong. I wasnt hired on after waiting about a month after my hours were completed. The owners of the company I was working for were also very rude and condescending. After speaking with Melissa, she told me that the owners were happy with me and that they were working on my offer letter. I was emotionally drained at this position because I was constantly put down by the owners and the employees here work over 10 hours without overtime. I have told Melissa many times about the issues about this company however, she still insisted I give it a chance. They just want to get the commission for having me stay at a job that was horrible.

As a Director of Human Resources with over ten years experience, you could say Ive conducted an interview or two. From our initial conversation, both Chelsea and Melissa were excellent in providing clear and concise communication regarding both the interview process and timeline. Extremely polite, professional and well versed, these two will most likely have a very successful career in Human Resources. I have to admit, this was my first virtual interview and I loved it. Not one bit awkward, Melissa asked each question using perfect timing (although there was a slight delay on my end). I found the experience quite intriguing and will definately implement its use going forward. I look forward to working with both Chelsea and Melissa in the future and recommending Crossroads Staffing Services to my collegues and friends.

I had my first phone interview with Cassidi Puentes, Administrative Coordinator with Crossroads Staffing, Inc. The interview took place on time and the instructions I received prior to connect with her via Facetime were very clear and concise. During the interview she was very friendly and enthusiastic. I just started the process so I dont have feedback yet that says she found me a great new career. However, she did make me feel confident that my experience and education appears to be in line with several job openings they are currently trying to fill. She assured me she has begun sending out my resume to potential employers. The true test is obviously if a job results, but so far so good ! I will be happy to right reviews of my progress and my interactions with Crossroads along the way. Michael

Crossroads staffing is the BEST ! I have worked for several Temp Agencies around the Ventura county area with varied results and experiences . I was pleasantly surprised when I was first contacted by Cassadi Puentes she was very professional prepared and eager to talk with me . I was sent an email filled out an application and registered online in a matter of thirty minutes because the company website is very well designed and easy to navigate . I was scheduled for a face time Interview with Nicole and she was just awesome we had a great conversation she expertly directed the interview and left me feeling good and without any questions . Cassadi and Nicole are Rockstars I highly recommend Crossroads Staffing to anybody looking for the best staffing agency around .

I just want to say that Nicole from Crossroads Staffing was amazing! I am sure Crossroads Staffing has a wonderful team but Nicole was incredibly helpful throughout my hiring process. She followed up with everything I needed and made the whole process stress free. She honestly does a great job by touching base with you and following up on how you like the job. She honestly made me feel pretty special by asking me questions such as, "Let me know if you have any issues with filling out your timecard" or "Let me know how you like it there!" (all quotes taken from messages). My friends didnt even bother asking me about how I feel about my new job!! That being said, if you get Nicole, you are in good hands :)
