Disappointing, sums up my experience with Express Pros. Scheduled for an appointment only to find my interviewer was not in the office. No apology or even a glass of water was offered. I was met with more forms to fill out. These were in addition to the several page long online application previously filled out and successfully submitted. One thing that greeted me was a sign on the small table in front of the seating area that an hour and a half should be planned on for the interview process. Apparently the "professionals" in this office did not want to mention that before scheduling the appointment, for fear it would scare applicants away. After discovering another applicant had been kept waiting 50 minutes past her appointment time I had pretty much made up my mind to leave. Solidifying my decision was the office receptionist who chose that moment to present the other applicant and myself with more forms to fill out. These were duplicates asking for information already given in the online application. I could not in good conscious recommend this firm to anyone.

One of the worst agencies Ive ever worked for. My first placement was at a horrible place where the employees got hollered & cussed at. So I asked for a different job assignment. This 2nd assignment was a decent job but Express was paying me incorrectly. They paid me incorrectly for weeks. I finally had enough and moved on to another job and filed a complaint with the Labor Commissioner. I then swiftly got my correct pay. I recently received a text from Express about jobs they were trying to fill. When I call them to inquire I was told that I was not eligible because any work assignment they placed me on I ended early. Express do you actually expect me to remain on an assignment and be hollered & cussed at by an employer? And do you actually think that I should continue working for you when you dont pay me correctly? How ludicrous! And then you flip it on me and tag me as unemployable?! Laughable!

I was looking originally to add income for my household. I needed a second job and couldnt find one that would work with my hours that I had available. Express was willing to work with me. They found me a couple of odd jobs to start but then I was place in a long term position. When that job ended they found me another in their own office. Again when that job ended they found me my current perminent job. They worked hard to find me my ideal position. This place is not a job. How many work enviornments can you say that about? I recommend Express to anyone and everyone I see who is having trobles finding employment. They are not about bouncing you from assignment to assignment unless that is what you want. They are easy to talk to and they find your fit. If ou are still looking, go see Michelle & Jessica.

I experienced the exact opposite of what Ella experienced. I was told a (data entry)position was available and that I would receive a prompt phone call. I instead had to call over a week later. The receptionist explained that the person who had my job interest within express was either away or busy, that she would call back. Once again, I called back a week later as nothing was done. I received the same excuse as before and that I would receive a call back, no call. I call today and the person handling my inquiry of the job through Express, used a third party to explain to me that the only available job was construction. Express has failed me and I will assure anyone who asks about them does not use Express! Terrible

They had let me know they could not help me do to my skills and gave me other resources to try to find employment. They didint waste my time and lie like other staffing agencies here in Reno do that they pretend to have work. Express is a place where I would send people to if they are trying to find work because Express is honest and helpful at the same time and will let you know what they can do and cant do for you. Going to have friends and family go here for sure.

My experience with Express has been awesome compared to other employment agencies. It seems at times they can be a little busy but its well worth the wait. Their staff is very professional and informative about the position you will be working. I think the important part is to remember that all good things take time, so be patient. I would highly recommend Express!
