I hate to do bad reviews. But the service that I received from this Simi Valley Location was terrible. Mario is good and polite. But I cannot say the same of Laura DeLeon. My first impression was bad and it is still bad. The day I had an interview scheduled with them she sent me home after I watched a video because she had a meeting. I asked to called back the same day which I did. I was not able to get a hold of her. I did not get an email or a call back from her, So Ive decided to call back and check what was happening. She did not answer, but another lady did and briefly asked me for what position I was looking for. I explained to her over the phone. I did get a call back from Laura within the days and Offer me a job, which I appreciate, but it had nothing to do with experience. Minimum wage, which is fine when you are in an urgency to make money. 2nd Shift, which I had specified on my application I did not want. Again, it was ok and with my need I had accepted the job while I get something better. They had me scheduled on that job at 3:30 pm for a quick guide with the agency but the Select Agent did not make it on time. They sent another person to replace her so we had the guide at 4:15 pm. I called to try to get a hold of Laura, no luck. Another day I called and finally I get a hold of her. She acted with a lack of interest on me. I asked her if she had found a job with the need of my experience and she said that at the moment there was nothing available. I asked her if she knew what I was looking for and she had no Idea. Showing me the lack of interest again. I explained to her that the company that she sent me to was offering a permanent position for me and this kind of got her attention. Finally, I sent her a couple of emails asking for a follow up and nothing. At this time, I still have not gotten any response from her. I will never recommend Select Staffing to anyone again.

I was asked to take an on-line psychological profiling questioner after filling out the long form application. 60 questions like "You hear a coworker talk bad about your supervisor, Would you tell her?" After completing the test honestly, a sign popped up which read "Application Inactivated" & "Try again in 6 months". With no review of the test or my answers. In closing, Just answer either "very likely" or "very unlikely" on the test. Dont be honest. The other answers are distractors. BTW, the questions.are repetitive.

I like the service and all but i miss one day of work and automatically they inactived my application and said to apply with 3 months i will never refer noone to this company
