Sol Flow is a wonderful place. I tried the 30 days for 30$ and was hooked. I was 8 months pregnant and the breathing techniques that I learned in class are truly what helped me the most throughout labor. The instructors are amazing; so knowledgeable and kind- they assisted me with modifying as needed. They encourage a gentle approach and tell us to listen to what our bodies are saying they need, in the moment. My daughter is 10 months old now and i have just recently returned to the studio and am mostly enjoying the mental and spiritual benefits that come with each class. The setting is very peaceful, welcoming and conducive to a very positive and powerful experience. I highly recommend you check it out.

Sol Flow yoga studio makes me feel like I just returned home after being away on a long trip! It is welcoming, in atmosphere and in the vibe given by the owner and teachers. Teachers truly see their students and provide a class with just the right balance to challenge and yet allow space to breathe and release stress.

I think the heat level is perfect. Not too hot and sweaty. Just enough to make you feel warm and help with muscles relaxing. I hate being so sweaty that I slip all over
