South Yuba Club is just a great place to exercise. The variety of group classes is amazing. Theres something for everyone. The trainers and instructors give that little bit extra to help you. The South Yuba Club is also active in the community by hosting and supporting many events that benefit the community as a whole. Ive been a member for several years and enjoy not only the health benefits but by meeting the people that come there.

The South Yuba Club is a great health club. The staff is friendly and the club has the type of atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. There are some fantastic group exercises classes especially the spinning. I use the pool, sauna and hot tub for relaxation. The club is clean and they just replaced a lot of their fluorescent lighting with LEDs so its clean looking light and its saving energy. I really love this gym.

Incredible club with the latest classes and equipment. Totally awesome atmosphere (high ceilings and great colors) and friendly employees. They even have daycare!! Would highly recommend to anyone! We are very lucky to have this club in our town!
