I only come here because its the only internet cafe in Southern California that I know of. This place is a total dive. The seats are torn and dont raise/lower, the place smells weird, the desks look like they need several applications of industrial strength disinfectant, the computers have a hard time playing anything other than warcraft, the headsets dont always work right and I have yet to be able to use the mic on any one of them. Almost every time I come here, the games that I want to play have to be updated and this robs me of time that I PAID for. The hardware in the computer towers are also starting to get old, and it shows (computers crash alot more often now then they did years back). Apparently, the owner thinks that buying bigger LCD screens will make the problem go away, but if you look behind youll notice that it looks like these towers were probably donated from the former soviet union. Plus, I think they had faster and probably more reliable internet connection speeds when they launched the apollo 11 in 1969. Hopefully someone will open a new internet cafe around town to give these guys competition.

When first walking in I see a fish tank with so much algae on the sides that I have a hard time seeing the fish inside. The two young guys working the counter look like they are in high school and that they would rather be in class than working. Im told Ill be notified of their findings within two days. I wait four and call. Im told I will be called that evening, but no phonecall. I call three days later and am told I will be called in ten minutes. (An hour went by). I go in and the computer is sitting, as if ready to go and they try it, which works fine. (OK, at least its fixed). I get home and it has the exact problem I went took it in for.

Ive been to a couple of LAN centers in LA and Dreamlab is definitely the best. I play a lot of CSGO and League. This place is perfect for those games. They also have a great selection of single player and multi player PC games for everyone. The pricing is cheap, the computers are great, the internet is super fast that you wouldnt have to worry about lagging while in-game.. the staff is excellent and theres snacks and drinks at good prices too if youre too lazy to go out. Its always a great experience at Dreamlab and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to play PC games

A pretty good place where you can come and surf the internet that is conveniently located in the most Western part San Fernando Valley. The internet speed is good & serves my needs. However, there have been many complaints about the PC services this places provides, so I dont recommend you to take you computer to this place to fix. In fact, there have been so many bad reviews about this place that this place decided and still does give free internet time to anyone who writes positive reviews. That is a sign of desperation on the part of the owners.

Very nice little hidden gem in the Northern San Fernando valley area. Welcoming staff, plenty of space and a very laid back atmosphere for this jack of all trades business; internet access, Steam PC gaming, laptop hookups, quiet room, printing, PC repairs and upgrades and web design as if that wasnt enough. Cheaper to access and print that FedEx Kinkos and most other places in the area. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience. Never been here before and my love for VR (virtual reality) brought me here. So happy that Planet Cyber has allowed the public to rent and demo the world of virtual reality. Very friendly staff, highly recommend people to come in and try virtual reality. Not many places are allowing you to try the high-end virtual reality head sets, so please stop by planet cyber and give it a try.

Planet cyber offers a lot to the table as i see this as a place id be coming to more than once because of the fact that it offers reliable computers and and great environment to play games personally i do not own a computer capable of running the games that i see here and i find this a place that id be visiting here many more times to satisfy my gaming needs.

If you are here to play video games. Do not bother. The gear that they have in this is very below average. Simple desktops that cant even handle simple MOBAs like LoL. I had frame rate issues the whole time, bad headsets that dont work, and the program that ran the whole thing was incredibly frustrating and slow. They run Windows XP... Enough said.

This supposed gaming cafe has fomputers that were probably bought in a garage sell. You get a collection of broken chairs and headsets, 10$ keyboards that come with a mouse. No resepctable gaming lounge would use tvs for your monitor. Demanded a refund immediately after suffering through one horrible game of league with their gear

This is my childhood Ive been coming here since i was 7 its really fun its affordable and its worth the time its also a friendly environment the games are addictive and its an awesome place for a get together i got my computer fixed here a few times and it hadnt had that much problems after i did.

Such a great time! We played VR for the first time and had a blast. Rented the Vive for an hour and a half and played a bunch of different games. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Affordable and easy to get to if youre in the valley. Highly recommend for a quick and easy way to try VR.

One of the few remaining Internet Cafes where you can bring your friends for a quick round of gaming. The atmosphere is nice, great stuff, cheap food, and many computers available. I recommend this place for nostalgic battles of Counter Strike, or whatever equivalent game.

this place is the number 1 in sanfernando vally, all the computers are so fast When I opn a page Im not able to see that, best place ever, i have been there too many times and i really enjoyed. you gotta have to try it. great prices , great computer systems.

Thank you for all the help for doing a diagnostic on my computer unfortunately the computers motherboard has issues and Im going to have to exercise the warranty but Im glad that we did the diagnostic so we could see exactly whats causing the issue

they take your money and have no idea of what they are doing. My laptop wouldnt even switch on after they had it for nearly 3 weeks and kept telling me it would be ready almost every day. Youre better off throwing your laptop in the trash!

Great location! Cybers are always running with great games and connection. Been coming here for years. Air conditioning is always on! So many comps theres always an open comp to use. Definitely suggest this location to everyone !
