I grew up in an era when you had a doctor that made house calls. Ed at Overnight PC Repair is that doctor in an era where they is very little customer service. I have such respect for Ed because he is the embodiment of the American Dream. I first met him when he rented about 50 square feet in the front of a shoe repair store. He came to my house, removed a virus and his fees were very reasonable. In no time he built up such a customer base and reputation that he rented his own place within months. Ive now used Ed for a half-dozen computer emergencies (arent they all when your system fails?) and hes come through every time doing the repair/fix quickly and at a price that doesnt break the bank. And like my doctor who made house call years ago I truly believe that Ed cares. He is "available" and I like that part as much as anything else. I hope that never changes. Thanks Ed for all you do.

Experienced a hard drive crash compounded with some recovery problems on my 27” Mac. You can imagine that a prospect of loosing 100,000 photographs and work images together with a large number articles, lectures and research material for my next books was rather nerve-wracking and I have not slept well for several dark nights. My kudos go to Sean of the Overnight PC &Mac Repair who has saved a day(or days), repaired the computer, restored my OS, programs and files. All my data are good and safe now…..Thank you so much Sean!!!!……Would have no reservation when recommending his business to others. I have put his name on my “speed dial” (well the iPhone address favorite) and plan to use him (hopefully not in such a dramatic way like the last one) for all of my future computer needs.

I have an elderly Acer PC with Win XP had a number of problems that had accumulated over the years; 2 CD drives that didnt work, a hard drive that had been intermittent and had finally gone thru its death throes, the good HD that locked up for some reason, a bad tuner card that was causing problems, a USB1 port that needed upgrading, and the sound and mic wasnt working properly, etc. Ed and Rolando fixed all the problems and got everything working with a final home operating visit. It couldnt have been better, I mean the price, the competence and promptness, the service, and the outcome for the ole clunker that is still running now like a champ.

First time service he saved me during the middle of doing my taxes for my business. Unfortunately my board burned out. I had to get a new computer. Ed had me up and running that same day. I use my computer for business. When it developed computer glitches Ed came to my office as soon as possible. He found problems with a few of the computer parts. Paid to have a battery replaced in an iphone 6+. Wish I would have gone to the apple store. The new battery is worse than the one it replaced (wont retain a charge). Left the phone to be checked, nothing was done. Asked for a callback on status, multiple times, never received a call back. After 2 days went and got the phone, the only person at the store knew nothing about the phone. I think the store is well intended; they are overwhelmed and in over their heads. For me it was a total waste of time and money ....

This place is a waste of time and money. I find it really hard to believe that all these 5 stars are real. They never called to update me on my computer even tho they said they would, I was the one that had to keep calling to find out what was going on. It was not ready when they said it would be and when I finally did go to pick it up they did nothing to fix the problem. Please dont go to this place, save your time and go somewhere else.

Great work and fast. I have a 2011 macbook pro that the video card was failing on and Overnight fixed it not only fast but the work was done the right way. Usually I build my own machines, but did not have the time or the patience to work on the laptop. If you need a computer fixed I highly recommend Overnight PC & Mac. Good work, nice people and the price is reasonable.

Exactly as described. Replaced a laptop screen in less than 24 hours without having the screen in stock. A huge relief and less than $200. (Very common laptop model.) Hes a very nice man. Call first to make sure hes in the office. As a one man shop he sometimes is not there - doing part runs or whatever. Absolutely fantastic service and price.

I dont get how these guys are getting any stars. They kept my computer for 6 months and then said "we cant repair it". I had to go through hoops to prove it was my computer cause they lost all the files.
