Found these guys on yelp when my old Mac Book died on me. I took it in and I was greeted by a friendly group of characters. The Bald Guy introduced himself as such. I found it rather funny. They didnt seem to take themselves to seriously considering the refer to each other as their type "guy" counter parts. But their work was flawless. They ran a free diagnostic to find what the problem was for my laptop. Turned out it was only a battery issue which they even offered to order me one knowing that the Apple store charges a lot for them. They offered me a water as well and since it was a hot day it was much appreciated. I highly recommend this place for your computer and cell phone needs.

I took my laptop to Fat Guy, Bald Guy computer repair. Joal diagnosed my computer with a bad DC jack. They quoted $100 and that it would only take a couple days. 31 days later and several other wrong diagnoses Joal decided it needed a new motherboard. When I did get my computer back the Wifi did not work so I took it to LaptopEMT, seeing that it took them 31 days the first time I no longer trusted them. LaptopEMT found that they severed the Wifi cable, installed an incorrect motherboard and used making tape which is a potential fire hazard. My computer also was missing 14 screws. LaptopEMT fixed my now damaged laptop in 3 days! DO NOT use Fat Guy, Bald Guy.

Absolutely fabulous! Very honest and trustworthy place to take ur computer. Been here several times, always delivered on times, rates were reasonable, and at least two times they did not charge me, stating it was an easy fix. I highly recommend them, and believe u will be pleased.
