I did a lot of research on my quest for a reputable contractor. I found Robert’s top rated company on Angie’s List. I read through every review for Robert then cross referenced these findings with both Yelp and Google - the outcome was very consistent. Customers gave Robert top marks on both sites. We wanted a few kitchen upgrades, so we contacted Robert for a quote. When Robert arrived it was a bit surreal, I felt like I was meeting a celebrity because the online company scores and reviews are impeccable! Robert arrived on time and was courteous, he explained the work required for our project in advance and provided a timely quote in writing as promised. Robert’s price was competitive but his exceptional customer service is what truly set him apart from the other “A” rated contractors we contacted. Robert was one of the very few who returned phone calls, responded to emails and follow-up on text messages - hallmarks of a true professional. Robert and Justin arrived on time every day; they worked earnestly and were non-obtrusive. Like other reviewers mentioned, we found Robert to be detail oriented and tidy. They finished on time and cleaned up the entire work zone – they even swept our mess behind our stove before putting it back! We echo the other reviewers when it comes to Robert’s skill. We had a box light converted to canned lighting – his workmanship was so good that no one would be able to tell there used to be a box on our ceiling! Robert you are “The Drywall Whisperer!” This contractor is top notch. One thing worth mentioning (because it can easily be taken for granted), both Robert and Justin were a pleasure to have in our home. They are happy, friendly people who like what they do. They brought such a positive energy with them to work each day. We would absolutely rehire Robert Calvo!

I was referred to Robert by a Painter that was getting ready to prep my house for painting. Robert replaced all of the under eves woodwork before the painting and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Attention to detail was evident wherever you looked at his work. After that I had Robert remove some in-wall gas heaters and patch up the drywall. When I saw the drywall work I could not even tell that any drywall work had been done, he had matched the existing texture perfectly. I then had Robert do some siding work with Hardy Board. Again the job turned out perfect. I was very busy and I had Robert come by to replace an aging circuit breaker. He then replaced an old single pane window for me and he cut it in so perfectly that you could not tell it was a new window, it looked like it was part of the house. I did not have time to finish putting a new dishwasher in and Robert was able to get the job done in very little time. He then hung a screen door for me which turned out looking great. Robert gets his work done when promised and always will tell you up front exactly what it will take to do the job. I would highly recommend his work, and if you want someone who will pay attention to details, Robert is the person to call.

I contacted Robert after the purchase of my first home. The home was built in 1947, and was in need of some updates and TLC. I contracted him to install a new kitchen, update the shower in the bathroom, replace the living room ceiling, install ceiling fans and light fixtures, and paint the entire house inside and out. Robert is a consummate professional. The work came in on time and within budget. He pointed out a few things that I would have overlooked, and I was grateful he caught and repaired them before they became an issue down the road. His assistant Josh handled the painting duties, and his skills are impeccable. Both of them arrived early in the morning, and were extremely pleasant and professional. Robert takes an extreme amount of pride in his work, as does Josh, and the results were breathtaking. The home has been transformed into the dream home that I have always wanted. You could do no better than to have Robert as your contractor, and I look forward to doing more projects with him in the future.

I contracted Robert to work on a pretty big project that mainly consisted of the replacement of approximately 30+ panels of siding on my home. Robert completed the job in the specified time frame and did a beautiful job! Not only did he perform the task at hand, he even went above and beyond by installing our cat door on the new side door he had replaced so we wouldnt have to take care of it. In additional to being a professional expert in his field, Robert displays a kindness and calmness not often seen in his profession. This even spilled over to our neighbors who absolutely adored him (and his work) and even asked for his information for future reference! Definitely superior service and he will be my "go to guy" for all of my future home improvement projects.

Robert Remodeled our guest bathroom with beautiful diagonal tile floor, matching tile in the tub/shower, sink & vanity, faucets and mirror. It all came out beautiful. Robert helped me surprise my husband when he went on a ATV adventure June 2014, He completely re-modeled our master bathroom. New tile floor, toilet, sink and vanity and custom design in our shower. He also replaced all the flooring in our home 1500sft beautiful! We decided to make our master bedroom larger, by taking down a wall WOW nice job. He has replaced all the doors, door handles, baseboards and crown moulding.....Robert is always kind, on time and best of all no mess left behind. I bet I can find more for him to do. Thanks Robert!!
