I say this having been in the contracting business now for close to 45 years. We hired Hanley Const. to re-roof our house (metal) and perform storm damage repairs in March-April of 09. I am very satisfied with their work and business ethics. Morgan Hanley worked with me on getting us a good competitive bid price and he followed up with ensuring we received an OUTSTANDING final product (no unforseen surprises). Roof looks GREAT, storm damage looks like it never happened, and my wife and I will use and recommend them in the future. Morgan Hanley got all glitches fixed right away when I brought them up at the jobs end. They say what they do and they do what they say they are going to do. Great Company, Great People! Hanley Construction did a great job on our new roof. They even made sure our old roof (which was in very bad shape) was leak proof until they new roof could be done. The office staff was always helpful when ever I called or emailed. The construction crew did a great job, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the final product. And Mr. Hanley coming out in person to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction was the proverbial icing on the cake. Hanley Construction is a company I would recommend to anyone.

Hanley Construction did an amazing job on my grandmother’s roof. The house is a hundred years old and they had all the issues that age brings. But, they were great on communication, scheduling and very respectful throughout the process.
