Woman driving a truck with license plate SAYBR5 drifted into my lane and almost caused a terrible accident. Moments later she nearly rear ended a vehicle behind me. Clearly this person is very distracted and is a liability for this business. These incidents both took place on I5 in Portland. There is no happy ending to a truck that size hitting a passenger car at those type of speeds.

The driver of the car with lincense plate ending in 4. Will cut in front of you if she is late and will be a reckless driver. She did it on 6/1/16 Hwy 18 west merging in to I-5 around 8 am
