We hired Adam Laneer Construction to 1). Inspect and replace LP siding where appropriate on our 23-year-old house; 2) Repair an elevated deck at the back of the house; 3) Paint the house and front porch. Adam gave us a detailed estimate and stuck to it. He suggested some design changes to our house that really improved the look at minimal cost. Adam was always peronsally available via e-mail to answer any questions that arose. You hear horror stories about contractors but Adam Laneer Construction was 180 degrees from that stereotype. All subcontractors were very professional,clean and friendly. We felt that there was attention to detail in all aspects of the work. Adam came by at the end of the project to review everything and see for himself what the end result looked like. He had his crew make several adjustments before he was satisfied with the work. Adam was personally involved in the quality of the work. If we ever need any remodeling or repair work done in the future we will definitely call Adam.

I would have a much tougher time managing the amount of work I need done if I didnt have someone like Adam taking care of all types of jobs from minor siding repairs to complete roof replacements. He is capable of tackling any major job and also has a fantastic eye for residential homes/remodels etc...I appreciate his service and often go to him for guidance. Highly recommended business.

Adam and his crew did an exceptional job on an ADA compliant bathroom remodel, which included breaking out an existing wall of the house, extending the foundation, framing, plumbing, moving duct work and installing electricity--even radiant heat flooring. The craftmanship of the project is amazing, but the real key is the way everyone communicated every step of the way. By the end of the remodel, they were like family. I highly recommend this contractor, and will hire him for any future remodels.
