Not efficient at all. They made us go through so much paper work for over a month, only to deny us because we made a few hundred over the limit. So ridiculous. Thanks for all your help. If your going to run a program that helps people, then please actually do that. Dont waste peoples time and money. If your workers name is Brenda you better be prepared to be to have the worst experience.

Im grateful for this program my worker is amazing literally she really is here to help people out un like the girls/women who work at the front desk are so unprofessional all they do is chat with eachother and theyll call the next person in line when they feel like it. They need to hire more mature people.

The waiting around takes forever to get approved for child care and they never stay consistent on being on top of things when getting things done! When you call them you get straight to voice system and you dont get a Call back right away when leaving a message!! So disappointed with this company!

the agency it self is really good and all but the front staff here on prairie street are ridiculous. one of them on the phone gossiping and its obvious since I was standing in line waiting for her to finish the other one was rude and seemed clueless.

Terrible I have been wait listed for over 2 years they are rude and donnit help at all , they only help who the want to help I believe the government needs to re hire all the facilities this is ridiculous
