My 6 1/2-month old has been going here since he was 3-months old. Let me begin by saying that I was SO worried about putting him in a daycare because he had colic. He cried often, and it was extremely loud and hard :-( So you can imagine how worried I was about finding the right daycare... I am glad that I had checked out a daycare center prior to this one so that I could compare. I was actually able to see and FEEL the difference between a daycare CENTER and a HOME daycare. A daycare center (or at least the one I went to) is bigger, has A LOT more kids, and has more of a classroom/school feel. Which isnt bad but I think it would be better suited for little kids and not babies. A home daycare has a completely different feel... And not just any home daycare, I am talking about Titi Mickey Family Daycare! I apologize in advance if this becomes a very long review LOL. First and foremost, Reena is one of the sweetest and most loving people I have ever met. She is so kind and genuine, and everything she says comes from the heart. That is why I have said that this daycare FEELS different. She truly loves and cares for ALL the children she looks after, as if they are her own. And you can see that the children are truly happy to be there. Her parents also help take care of them. They are also so sweet and kind, and they always have a smile on their face. When I brought my son at 3 months, she went above and beyond reassuring me that he was well taken care of. She sent me texts throughout the day, letting me know how he was doing, even if he was having a bad day because of his colic. She was always so honest and caring. One of the MANY things I love about her daycare is that its like a second home for my baby. Since I couldnt stay at home with him and had to go back to work, I think its really nice that he gets to spend his day in a home environment. I love that their indoor play area is just the right size - its so cozy and reminds me of our living room, which is where I spent most of the time with my baby at home. And they have a beautiful backyard for the kids to play in, with plants and flowers, and even vegetables that they grew themselves! My son loves going out for walks in the backyard :-) Ok, there is so much more to say but this review is way too long already so you will just have to see for yourself. If you are looking for a home away from home for your little one, then I highly recommend Titi Mickey Family Daycare! PS - If you dont want to take MY word for it, then take my babys word: when I drop him off and Im holding him, he smiles and leans forward to go to Reena or her parents. He doesnt even do that with my mother OR in-laws! LOL!

My daughter has been coming here since January 2016. She started when she was one. We were blessed to find this place! Our daughter actually chose this place because when my husband and I came by to meet Reena, the director, our daughter warmed up to her very quickly. She kept coming back and forth to sit on Reenas lap. When we were walking out the door our little one blew kisses as she waved goodbye to Reena . It takes our daughter awhile to warm up so it was special and we knew we found the place for her! You can see that Reena really enjoys these kids and treats them like her own. She is very passionate about her job and makes it her mission to make sure my daughter is comfortable and most of all happy! Reena really works with you and always keeps me in the loop on my daughters daily activities such as: eating, playing, learning, and on top of that they do arts and crafts too! The daycare is a wonderful place, its well kept, and organized. I feel that my daughter is learning to socialize with the kids and acclimating to the her environment very nicely. When my husband comes to pick her up she is always occupied with playing and he tells me it seems like she doesnt want to leave. As first time parents we want only the best for her and leaving her with people other than close family members can be pretty scary, but rest assure you are in great hands! Her parents help Reena out too and its really nice to see its a family affair. Anything you need Reena will accommodate and make it a wonderful experience for your little ones! We are very pleased and grateful to Reena and her family for opening up there home and sharing it with our precious daughter!

My son has been going to Titi Mickey Family Daycare since October 2016. When my father fell ill, we needed to find a daycare rather quickly. I came across Titi Mickey Family Daycare while on Google for a home daycare near Winnetka (91306). Reading all of the wonderful reviews is what prompted me to call and schedule an appointment to see the home and to meet Reena. From the moment we met Reena, I loved her compassionate personality, her love for the children and how comfortable she made us feel. Her parents are very kind, welcoming and affectionate too. I truly love how communicative Reena is. Reena keeps me updated through-out the day and sends me pictures of my little one having fun with the kids. We were truly blessed to have found this daycare! Reena is an angel and well forever be grateful to her and her family for accommodating us during a very difficult time in our lives. Titi Mickey Family Daycare is such a wonderful place, very clean, well-organized and they provide good food and snacks to the kids. I feel that my son is learning to socialize with the other kids and is adapting to the environment very well. When I go pick him up in the afternoons, hes always preoccupied with playing and doesnt seem like he wants to leave. If youre looking for a home away from home for your little one, then I highly recommend Titi Mickey Family Daycare!

My son has been going to this daycare for 5 months now and we couldnt be happier. From the first phone call with Reena I just knew this was going to be the place for my baby. My son was just shy of 6 months old when he started and was attending full days from the get go. It was extremely nerve wracking for both my husband and I as first time parents to trust someone other than family with our precious baby but Reena and her parents really made us feel comfortable. When I picked him up the first day he was so happy and basically squealing with delight and is always that way when hes sees Reena and her parents. As soon as I knock on the door when Im dropping him off he has a huge smile on his face and is practically jumping out of my arms to get in the house. Reena is so good with updates and pictures as well during the day. Reena and her parents really do everything they can to make each child feel special and make each parent comfortable. I cannot recommend this daycare enough!
