We had frequented this shop because of location and price for kids haircuts. Service was "okay" but today I went and got the worst service. When I arrived the lady greeted me and stated I was next for a haircut with their male hairstylist that always helps me and my kids. About 7 minutes late another man walks in and looks let down that he would have to wait for me (I was in turn waiting for the stylist to finish with the guy already on the chair). The new customer spoke to the stylist in another language and all seemed fine. I got up to blow my nose (mind you the 1st client was still in the chair) and when I returned the stylist had moved the last client onto the chair and had started cutting his hair. Everyone was laughing and when they saw that it was not funny to me, they started to tell me he was ahead of me and he had actually been first. They then started to tell me the stylist would be fast. Not cool, not good customer service, and not worth the hassle. I work too, I pay just like everyone else, and my time is valuable as well. Their decision to help their buddy was classless and they lost the business of about 6 people in my family alone.

This place is very bad at letting you know how much things cost along the way. The guy doing my nails just started painting my nails without even letting me know what everything was going to cost. I told him no gel and everyone in the salon heard it too. He ended up putting gel on my fingers anyways without telling me because he screwed up and assumed I wanted acrylics and sanded my finger nails away and didnt know how to fix it. At the end of the visit, he told me the cost and it was 65 dollars and charged me for the gel he painted on my nails! He never once mentioned the price as he was painting my nails. This place hustles you. I would recommend going to another place that is better at explaining the prices as their going. I could have done a better job doing my own nails. As the previous post, he made my fingers bleed and just made them sting with 5 doses of alcohol and just painted over the blood.I dont think thats very sanitary.

The worst salon that I ever been in my life. Their business hours are 7 days a week, 10 am - 4pm (Sunday) - welcome Walk-In, but they never on time. My first visit was terrible, Ive been waiting for half an hour but the salon never open. My second visit was awful, Ive been waiting from 10 am - 10:30 am and finally someone came to open the door. I walked in and the lady said shed an appointment with customer and wont be able to cut hair for me. She has no idea when will the other hair stylish going to be here and she said it might be an hour or two. This is the stupidest salon I ever been and I swear to god I will not step in to this salon anymore. They should just never put up the business hours and take down "Welcome Walk-In" sign.

This has been some very pleasant experiences coming here to have a Manicure to deal sub my ingrown toe nail. I had relegated myself that I would be having to deal with the pain as I had been to doctors and other Manicure shops to try and resolve this source of pain. The first time was a dramatic reduction in pain and the subsequent visits were even better. What a wonderful experience. Then combine that with the clean environment and customer service on par with Nordstrom and you will understand why I continue to return to Image International Salon. Thank you

I absolutely Love this place!! Amy the owner is wonderful as well as all the people that work here. Their service here is terrific they take very good care of you!! I wouldnt go anywhere else for my pedicures, facials and nails.

Only spot I go to to get my haircut. Its hard to find a good barber but I found one here and now hes the only person who I let cut my hair.
