Called in for an appointment, when I got there I was told there are 2 people in front of me because they were already there. I said OK Ill wait. Then I was told there was another person in front of me that called in before me, when i asked why would they be ahead of me if they are not here. They gave me some silly circular logic that still did not make sense. I was already there ahead of the other person just like the others but they would still be placed in front of me. I decided to leave, there are to many other places to get a haircut. To bad I have gone there since it opened, another customer lost.

I have very long and thick hair and the girls there take their time with me and make my hair feel and look great. And for me, the price is perfect because if I go into a salon, theyre going to price outrageously. I am very satisfied!

So hit and miss. High turnover rate. Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes I just wear a hat for a while! Also, the wait here can get pretty ridiculous...
