Just left Fantastic Sams and was very upset with my experience there. I left was super wet hair, which had NEVER happened to me at ANY sams locations. Although the lady was nice, who cut my hair, my waxing experience was the WORST! I requested an EYEBROW wax and a different gal did the waxing. Not only did she NOT do ANY waxing of my brows, BUT decided to wax my eyelids. WHO THE HELL WAXES EYELIDS?! So now my left eye is so swollen because it was burnt from the wax that I cant even put aloe on the damn thing! I will ONLY give my service to the one in Rancho, at least they actually do quality service. I wouldnt even rate this place and never would recommend their services.

My husband went in waited 5 minutes to actually get a response from one of the two people in there just yo be told to sign in where there was no sign in sheet and then was later told that there is a 2 hour wait with no one in the stupid shop. Worst place ever. And people should be doing their jobs instead of gossiping while working.

Very unprofessional. Lady cutting my hair bairly spoke to me. And didnt even clean my neck. When she took off the cape she got most of my hair on me. She was talking back and forth between everyone in the shop besides myself. Extremely dissatisfied. Would only recommend to my enemys.
