Total rip off artist.. I asked other locksmiths about them after i got totally ripped off.. They both claimed that if they refer a job to Alcatraz that not only the favor will NEVER be returned, that they rip off their customers too.. So, before you hire them, ask any locksmith out there about Alcatraz.. I was told they rip off anyone whos referred to them, so they are never referred for any reason anymore.... Dont get ripped off by these guys... Call around.. I paid them $280 for a 2000 Mustang key... The other guy told me he charges $140 out the door and this is why you NEVER call Alcatraz!!!!!! RIP OFF ARTIST... Stay away!!!!

Horrible. I had a broken car key I needed a copy of. They said its at my own risk and no money back. When I got the key, it didnt even look remotely like the original. When I tried using it, I was correct, it didnt work. Cant get my money back. Never coming here again.
