I paid $307 in advance so the owner could order what he needed to have a master remote key made for a newly purchased 2013 Camry. When I picked the car up the day the work was to be done the owner explained he could not program the car with a remote keyless system because the car was not equipped for that. I had advanced $307 since he assured me he could perform the work. I requested a refund since he failed to perform the job. He refused with the rationale that it wasn’t his fault he couldn’t make the key, "why you feel that I should have known what options your vehicle came with or without." I asserted that I relied on his expertise as a locksmith and he didnt perform the job. I took him to small claims court and prevailed. I still haven’t been paid the judgment the court awarded me. This is not a very nice not smart man and in response to my complaint and suit he keeps threatening to sue me for defamation. Review written last year: I paid $306.20 in advance at the owners request so he could order whatever it was he needed to make a master remote key for a 2013 Camry I just purchased. I relied on his expertise as a locksmith, he didnt perform the job. I expect a refund, not excuses. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Their response was "the BBB has determined that the companys response does not adequately address all the issues or make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute. The BBB has decided to close this complaint and consider it unresolved." Next step is small claims court.

Just got a key copy made for my 2012 Fusion. I bought the car used and only one key came with the car. I bought an after-market key, but it wasnt cut, and you need both original keys to program it for yourself. Long story short, I took it to this guy, and for a fraction of what the dealer quoted me for cutting and programming, he set me right up in about 20 minutes. Between getting the aftermarket key off of Amazon and cutting/programming it here, it was less than a quarter of the dealer cost. Now I have a spare key for my wife to use and all of the remote buttons work too. He also erased the missing key from memory so that it cant be used to start the car. Very highly recommended.

Mike the owner was a great guy, very sincere and friendly. I brought in my own OEM blanks and he said theyd run about $3 for a copy. He messed up my blank and didnt charge me because it wasnt a good fit for my bike ignition. Ended up wasting a blank but still a very genuine and honest guy. Instead of using both blanks and just charging me the full price, he tried to help me to get it to work and apologized for not being able to do both copies.

I went in with an old bent up motorcycle key that didnt work very well. He made me a direct copy, which worked as well as the bent one, so he didnt charge me for it. He then made me a key from scratch using the ignition that works better than any key Ive had for the bike. His prices are great as well. Excellent customer service, and a great all around guy!

The owner Mike with rudest meth head attitude tried to charge me 80 dollars to copy a key. So I drove to the next closest locksmith who charged me only 5 freaking dollars!!!

Wouldnt cut a chip car key that I brought in. Why would he when he could rip me off and charge me 10 times what I paid on eBay for the key.
