Took a blank key to be cut for my lexus, price seemed cheap (should have been a red flag) key was cut and paid for I go out to my car and it didnt work. I return and the locksmith looks at my original and new one closely and says ok I got this. Goes over the key again, didnt work. I return inside once more he assures me it wont be a problem and come back says "we got a problem" he made a hole in my new key. Stated It shouldnt be an issue and should still work. Surprisingly it didnt. After stating "I dont know" several times I asked so what are we gonna do? He returned my money for the cut but now I was out a key I ordered online. He offered to cut the next one for free but I most definitely wouldnt be setting foot back in there.

These guys are awesome to say the least. They went above and over to help me with my car. I really needed help, since its my only car and i was having electrical issues, after making a key, although theyre not mechanics they were able to fix it(something the dealer wasnt even able to fix and wanted me to change all the locks in my car, as dumb as that sounds!) They were very eager to find someone that can help me with my bmw until they were able to do it.. Thanks again guys!

I had my car broken in to, the ignition was damaged so i called fontana locksmith they sent a guy but he told me it was too late this was around 7 pm so the next day I called them around 9 am and they kept saying they would call me when they were ready I never got that call back..I was blowing them up because I needed my car fixed they were annoyed by me and I could tell they didnt want to help ...f this place!!! I called Salazar locksmith they did the job in 10 minutes

I needed a spare Keys with the FOB for one of my BMWs, that are usually very expensive and may take awhile from the dealership. I called Lockworx and talked to Ron. He was very assuring that they have it, and it only takes 30 minutes to cut a key and program it. Jason cut my keys and programmed it. It was a good fit and everything works. Great Deal and Fast Service! Definitely will come back here for other locksmith work!

Needed key cut asap said he couldnt cut til Im in person. Fine whatever been here a couple times so no biggie. Get there and find out cant have the key cut. Even though I have model and key by code. Call my normal locksmith and boom no problem. Cutting the keys while Im in route. And has no problem finding the key by code. Will drive to Colton instead next time to So Cal Locksmith

This level of customer service is hard to come by these days. I needed a key cut ASAP on a Sunday that the shop was closed, so the owner called his tech to open the shop just for me. After returning home to find that the key did not work, he sent his tech to my house to make it right. Key works perfectly now. If you need lock service, definitely give these guys a shot! Thanks guys!

Excellent place to get a key made. Dealer charges 120 just to program your key. They charge 45. Dealer told me my key has a chip in it, and found out it didnt. This place cut the key for me and said have a nice day. They did it for free. Will definitely give them all my business when it comes to all my locksmith needs. 5 stars!!!!!

So I called this place because it was the first one that popped up. I was locked out of my apt and when I called I was told 45min. (Which seemed like a long time since I live fairly close by) But anyways, I waited 2 hours and still nothing. No one ever came or called to let me know what was going on. Very disappointed

Im glad they were busy, but they kept taking more customers that came after me. They had my locks to rekey and did the work but still I waited. I even had the locks and keys in my hands all finished and still I waited to pay them. I was there an hour! I have a job too! Theres more but it only makes it worse.

These people are awesome. Dealt with them unfortunately they werent able to reprogram my computer in the car so I got a refund (check in the mail) so fast. I will work with them again if I ever loose my keys again. Customer service is an A+++++. Very reliable and work to reach your needs. Good guys ...

My Cousin brought 3 keys from them, 2 didnt work. Could have been error on our part. I went in today to get 3 keys off the 1 key that did work and yep! You guessed it...none of the keys worked!

Took 40minutes to drive 5 miles and chsrged 65 $ to unlock a door within 20 seconds ..... Totally not worth it but what can u do when keys r locked n car at 530am
