I was not satisfied with my experience here. I brought in a laptop I was hoping to diagnose for an issue, and I was not treated very well. When he started opening my computer, I wanted to make small talk to see if he had any guess on the problem, so I asked him if he had ever worked with my kind of laptop before. He looked up and, in a rather condescending way, asked me if I was doubting his ability to repair it, then went on to say that basically all laptops are the same. As he got deeper into it, he scolded me for having bought it from someone else, and that my issue could be related to a dent on the corner where it looked like it had been dropped. I explained that the dent was there before the computer stopped working, but he still gave me some grief for the condition. I know that the dent or damage from the dent wasnt the issue, because it was working fine for me for many months, and looking back, I believe the issue stemmed from a drink spill. He did do a diagnostic for free, which was good. He didnt end up finding the issue, however I do not fault him for that at all, especially considering that this was in the time frame of my visit. However, he had swapped out a component for one of his own to test if it was the problem part, and when he swapped mine back in, he forgot to put the screw back in to hold the card in place. I pointed it out, and he in an arrogant fashion, insisted that the screw was from the plate on his. I managed to fix my laptop myself, but it is missing the screw, and the part that is held by it is having trouble, which is frustrating. The final thing that I didnt like was that he had swapped my laptop charger wall cord with his own cord, but took my cord and gave me back my charger with his generic wall cord. I hadnt noticed this until I had left the shop, so I didnt think to go back in and exchange it. I dont doubt that he is a knowledgeable computer person, and I understand that this could have just been a bad day for him, but small oversights can end up causing big problems. I am a customer, and when I come in with an issue that means he has a job, I do expect a certain level of appreciation for my decision to bring my business there. I dont want to be lectured on why my decision to acquire the computer wasnt the best, and I dont want to leave with my computer in slightly worse condition than when I brought it in. Overall, from my experience, there are probably better places to go than Absolutely PC.

I am really glad I found this repair store. Great for computer and laptop repair. I dropped my Dell Vostro and it wouldnt boot up. Before finding Absolutely PC, I called 2 repair shops and both told me, without looking at it, that it would need a new mother board and/or new LCD display. Wait time 4 to 7 days. Couldnt wait that long! Plus how do they know? Sammy told me to bring it in to him. He opened it, found the problem and fixed it right there in front of me. I was probably lucky nothing severe was wrong but having someone I can go to that knows what he is doing and will honestly find the most cost efficient way to repair my computer or laptop is priceless. I dont even want to say what he charged as it felt too low for the quality, speed and spot on service. Highly recommended! Since my review above, I moved to Los Angeles. I had a simple cleaning done by a local repair shop, however my laptop starting acting shortly after. I took it back to Absolutely PC and Sammy fixed it right away. Im not going anywhere else anymore! Sammy is truly knowledgeable, very honest, very affordable and friendly. Cant ask for more!

Absolutely PC deserves a 5++ star rating! After being taken by another computer repair company, I finally found the right place. Looking for a honest, very professional and knows what they are doing computer repair company. This is the place! I strongly reccomend this company. The owner Sammy is wonderful. He hooks your computer up right there in front of you, asks questions and diagnoses it right there. Also Sammy lets you know the cost of the repair and does not change the price when you go back to pick up your computer. My computer now runs great and I am very pleased with the work Sammy did on my computer. Sammy has earned my business and this is only place I will go for my computer repairs.

This guy is amazing. My laptop stopped working the day before finals. After I changed my underwear, I called Absolutely PC and the owner, Samy told me to bring it down. Within 15 mins he had the laptop taken apart, did a few things and it powered back on. I would have paid him what ever he asked for, but he only charged $30 for the repair. Before I left he gave me his card and told me to call his cell if I had any problems after hours. I would recommend his services to anyone.

After a power outage caused our computer to stop working I took it to Samy at Absolutely PC based on reviews I had read. He immediately started working on the tower and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me a couple different options on how to fix it, both with very reasonable costs. He was able to fix it while I waited too! He even called later to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly. It doesnt get any better than that!
