Ive had my laptop since 2011, and it hasnt run this smoothly since I first took it out of the box. Very professional and courteous team. I left my new msi gamer computer with Jeff and a list of things I wanted done to it. Of the three things I wanted done he only did one. And he removed all the msi software that makes it a gamers computer. So now instead of a 1000 dollar gamers computer I have a plain old 500 dollar computer.
