Hard drive on a laptop crashed and had to pay a diagnostic fee then another fee with no guarantee they would be able to retrieve information. Had to call several times in order to lock down a time as opposed to being called and updated since it took longer than expected. Picked up my laptop and they werent able to recover anything other than some folders with no information. I agreed to pay them around $430 for this service. I then took the laptop to a friend of mine in IT to diagnose it. He told me that the startup program on the hard drive wasnt working properly(not a mechanical failure) and was able to retrieve all of the data off of it. He they told me that they should have been able to do what he did or at least inform me on the problem, and that I was basically swindled. The reason I went here because the old owners had great service and were transparent in what they were doing, this was not the case this time around. Update: I wanted to check the connections to my cd drive to see first if the problem is mechanical since my computer is not recognizing the drive as of late. Then i noticed that these guys shoved little pieces of styrofoam around the hard drive they installed so it wouldnt rattle and one of the pieces actually had fallen out and was sitting at the bottom of my tower. reference the picture i had posted. this is ridiculous and makes me more mad that i found out about this at a later time.

Do Not Waste your time these guys really have new clue how to fix computers. They had my laptop for almost 2 weeks at an agreeable price of $150.00 labor charge and a credit if their repair didnt work. I must note that this company did not call me once for an update or status on my repair. I initiated all calls and visited their store 3 times only to be told that it still wasnt ready. End result the tech drilled a screw from the top of my computer straight through to the bottom. of my laptop. One of the worst hack jobs you can imagine i wasnt going to pay since the damage was now going to cost me a new laptop. Buyer Beware

My sons screen was not working on his Mac Computer, we made an appointment with Apple Repair and they said it would cost minimum $600 to repair and that since the computer is 3 years old Apple recommended we buy a new computer. My husband has taken several of his computers to Quick Fix in Mission Viejo and they have fixed all of them. We went to Quick Fix and they were able to repair my sons computer for $200.00 and the computer works beautifully. Quick Fix is so honest and the quality of the repairs are A+++. I am so glad I took my sons computer to Quick Fix.

I took my toshiba laptop in to get the damaged display replaced. I specifically asked for a matte screen. I picked it up and it had a glossy. I told him that I had requested a matte and his reply was "that was what was available" in a very dismissive way. I found the matte display online. $175.00 to get a screen that has annoying glare. If you want to get farted on while spending your hard earned cash, go here.

Theyre working on my new Toshiba laptop now. Repairing a hinge issue that wouldve taken Best Buy 2-3 to get returned to me!! How do they expect you to do that when youre entire business is in there!! Anyway, will give update to repair this Friday when its completed! Great Yelp reviews for this company! Store is very clean and organized too!

I found them from a Yelp search and was NOT disappointed. My Mac Book died and they not only fixed it with not data loss were also to find an obscure recall for my machine and it only cost me the labor. I would totally recommend then to anyone.
