I called Active IT Solutions on a Monday and David was at my place the next day. He fixed the computer issues I was having and even fixed ones I was unaware of. They have a monthly service plan that is amazing and really inexpensive, so I never have to worry again. Plus he can log in remotely to fix things on my computer, which is really helpful since I travel full-time. David is honest and will work until he fixes the problem. I decided to hire this company based on reviews posted in yelp and google and have not been disappointed. First off they set a system up where we are able to work from where ever we are and are available for assistance either by calling their office or an associates cell phone. Their pricing is fair; they keep our systems up to date and customer service is great. If you want a good support company, from our stand point they have done a great job.
