I couldnt ask for a more professional and reliable service than A1 Computer Consulting provided. Bob, my repair technician, was more than knowledgeable to diagnose and replace the broken hard drive in my 2010 Dell laptop. He offered many services and broke everything down so I could understand it. I felt good with his knowledge. Their mobile service was perfect as I own a business and cannot leave due to unavailable time. It was faster and definitely more affordable than other surrounding computer repair shops. And Bob even cut some costs just to make it easier for me. He was understanding with everything I asked and was more than helpful. And his customer service was impeccable.
