If your cell phone is not in a working condition, they can not fix it (I know this sounds crazy). I took in my Blackberry Curve which I dropped and the screen went out and stopped responding all together. The young kid in there kept saying I can not turn it on. I told him that is why I am here for. I left it there for a check up and they said they will call me the next day. I went in after I did not hear back from them, only to be told they can not repair it, since they did not know what is wrong with it?! he said it could be the motherboard, dah..!!! I told you advertise repairs even if the phone is ran over or broken in halves! the kid looked back at me and said oh..that is for clam-shell only!! I also brought with me another phone, a Palm Centro, which went through the washing machine ( 9 months ago and is totally dry by now) and again he said they can not repair it since they can not see the screen!! I told him their business card specifically said "liquid damage" and he said I can try to dry it out but I will have to charge the minimum $35 and there is no guaranty it will work. I took back both of my phones and ran out as fast as I can. I do not know about the reviewer below (on Jan 17, 2008), but he sounds like the owner posting good advertisement and credit for himself. If they can not fix it with turning some screws or a piece of solder, they can not fix it at all. They advertise as certified/authorized repair shop. I think they are neither, nor do they offer any replacement parts for your phone if it needs it. Take your business somewhere else.

Horrible customer service, dont go here. We took a phone in to get the camera fixed since the screen was black and the camera wasnt working at all. The guy inspected it and said he could fix it for $50. He said the part would be in within 1-5 business days and once the part was in, it would take him less than 2 hours to fix it. We left the phone and called him back in 5 days when we hadnt heard from him, and at first he didnt know which phone we were talking about even though we gave him our name and the type of phone and described the problem. After he figured out which phone was ours, he said the part hadnt come in but he was expecting it the next day and to call back. This went on for about 2 weeks during which we called him multiple times, and each time he didnt know which phone we were talking about. Finally, we picked up the phone since it hadnt been fixed. When we looked at the phone, the lens screen on the camera had a chip and was scratched (it had no damage before). He denied damaging it when we asked and didnt offer to fix it. Even when we called back to ask if maybe hed mixed up two phones since the camera worked somewhat on the phone once we got it back, the lady denied they had any other phones of the same type. This was after he told us that day he had another phone of the same type with a speaker problem. Not sure if he was lying or what. He did refund us our money, but overall it was absolutely horrible service. This place doesnt even deserve one star to be honest. Take your phones elsewhere.

The first couple times coming here I was happy with the people, quality and value. I purchased the insurance they offered for several phones. Then when I got my new Galaxy Note 2 I took it in to get it covered. A couple months later the screen broke, well I jumped through all the hoops, and a little more than a month later they installed the wrong screen (White and my phone is grey) and they didnt repair or replace the broken trim that goes around the screen. They told me they couldnt get the Grey screen, so I went out an bought it, took it to them when they were ready and they gave me some line of BS that if they used the grey screen I brought that they wouldnt be able to fix the trim around the screen, so I agreed to get the white screen. They had this plastic covering the screen so I didnt see that they did not replace the broken trim anyway. So now I have to go back again, (more than a month later) with my grey screen, they said they would put the grey screen that I paid for (keep in mind I had insurance to cover this), and they would have to order the other part. I can no longer recommend this place, (although initially I was recommending them to everone).

Wrong photo: previous location. Be informed that the photo above showing the sign "Cleaners" is the old place off Arlington before they moved to 7001 Indiana Ave. I took my iPhone 3G to Cell Phone Repair and was stoked with their work. The phone wasnt picking up a 3G signal. Within 30 minutes, they located the problem and soldered in a new tiny piece-of-pepper-sized antenna chip which was beyond my expertise. Reasonable prices. Thanks guys!

Horrible customer service. I was told it would take 5-7days to fix my phone. It took 7 weeks. In the 7 weeks they had my phone i never got one call to give me updates. I had to call to get to find out any info. They qoutes me a price for the wrong part and then made me pay more for their mistake. I would suggest to never go there for phone repairs. Horrible place!

Took him a phone that turned on but didnt read sim card, he melted the sim card holder desrtoying the phone. He calls me and tells me the phone no good its the mother board. Took phone diffrent shop on garden grove fixes it and repaired all the damage cpr did in 30 minutes. Dont ever take your phone here look around for better service.

My i phone 5 is not displaying any information it’s just blank. I visited this place to fix which is close to my work (based on the Google reviews I was not confident). But they fix my phone in 1 hour (I visited during lunch time). I am happy with their service and I will recommend this place.

Asked for a replacement battery. The guy took my phone in back, gave it back in ten minutes, charged me forty eight bucks. When I got it ho me to look it was the same old battery. I put a mark on it so I could tell. No more business for them.

Reasonable price and great service. I took my phone to them with a cracked screen, picked it up the next day and could not be happier. They offered to fix it while I waited but I was in too much of a rush. I highly recommend CPR!

Will never go here again. I shopped around and for the same iPhone this place wanted me to pay $165 to fix an iPhone screen that was shattered. Called another place for the same fix $109.
