I LITERALLY JUST WALKED OUT OF THEIR STORE LIKE 10 MIN AGO. AND MAN WAS THE GUY RUDE! I wanted to know how to set my computer up so it was compatible with my internet at home. Every time i said something the guy would repeat it like there was an echo in the room! what was that about? He keep talking to me like i was a retard, like its something so simple. HELLO! i dont know anything about computers, HENCE im taking it to someone that does know. so after the 5th time of him repeating my words in a very rude and sarcastic manner, his partner came over and politely explained what my problem was, and resolved it. THERE, my computer was easily fixed. the first guy didnt have to be so rude and arrogant. customer service is important in a business like this. People come to them to figure out what they cant do on their own. They dont go to get accused and mistreated. Learn from this and retrain you employee!

I have been doing business with Best Computer for over 35 years. There is no such thing as rude there. There two fine gentlemen doing business in a very professional manner. If it is a new computer one wishes to have built or if it is an old computer in need of repair. Best Computer is the place for both, New To Build, Old To Repair. I have received nothing but the best profession Customer Service at Best Computer for Thirty-Five years. We found Peter on Yelp based on the good reviews. He came over and ended up fixing the issue our brand new PC but it took for 3.5 hours. Knowledgeable but not quick, that cost us a pretty penny.

Fast and very friendly service. Went in for a diagnostics check and within an hour was notified of the problem of my computer.
