I came here because it was to my house. Oh I shouldnt! My son was doing homework and put a pen over the keyboard on his laptop and then close it up breaking the LSD screen. I bring it to Beast Del Computer Services and they charge $190 for replacement. (I found out later HP will charge $220 for the same thing, so not really the "Best Deal"). They put a "New" LSD screen with burned pixel, when I mention, they said is "Normal" so, its normal to sell you LSD with burned pixels and they wont replaced it. But that is not even the worst part... they may change my hard drive for a broken one. They give me back my computer not working I have to buy DVDs on HP for recovery system and found out the hard drive was broken. There is no connection between broken LSD screen and a Hard Drive but this guys just dont accept. So, save money and go with someone else... your manufacturer or even Best Buy. definitely YOU CANT TRUST ON THEM.

Just a side note: When you take a computer or any electronic device in for repair. Most places will charge you a fee to diagnose the problem. TIME IS MONEY! You cant really expect someone to to spend hours trouble shooting your computer,, FREE! Often times the issue you thought it was, turns out not to be the problem at all. This is especially true for Viruses. Most often time its not a virus. Repair shops are not in competition for your money, they are in competition for your business as a customer first. I own and operate a afew computer repair busineses. There are a few cheaper satelite repair shops. But! I deal only with quality parts, and quality service. No aftermarket parts or generic BS..IJS

I came into Best Deal Computer Services for an estimate cost on a LCD screen replacement for my Gateway laptop. The guy could not give me one up front. He told me I would first need to pay a $35 fee for them to take my computer and do a diagnosis on it, if I decided to get it repaired there, there will be no fee, if I didnt then there would be a fee. Kind of confusing...? Anyways, its $80 for a replacement screen on amazon and someone was charging me just $40 to install it for me. Which seemed like a better deal to me. Not a good place if youre trying to repair a laptop screen. Thumbs down..

I have purchased 3 computers from this establishment and they have all been quality machines at excellent prices. I have also brought may peripherals over the years at really decent prices. I had a machine repaired by them that was purchased elsewhere and they diagnosed and replaced the defective parts and were reall cost effective. I have recommended this store to friends and acquaintances. Since I live in the South Bay they are one of the few well established computer stores around.

As far as I can tell same prices youll find online for most parts, really nice people, helped me replace my CPU cooler twice, and didnt even charge me the second time it got all messed up! If youre not good with computers or if you are like me and youre worried youll mess some of the more tricky stuff up like the power supply or cpu would definitely recommend going here!

I had my raid hard drive fail... 8 TBs of video content for my business. They saved it and saved me from losing my clients footage! Not only do they charge fair prices, like their name implies, but they have really caring and funny people that work there! Highly recommend anyone who has a hard drive fail to go to them!

The service i received was very poor. Lack of communication, no specific repair time. I gave them my computer and it took them 2 weeks to tell me they could not fix it. I felt uncomfortable asking when they were going to be done, Only to get a poor attitude response, I dont recommend them to anyone..Sorry!

Called them up to get an estimate and they said it would cost about $180 for a factory reset and to repair the aftermath of the virus I got rid of. WAY TOO MUCH! And the guy had a smug attitude and no professional opinion
