I recently built a computer for the first time and after I was finished, the monitor wasnt detecting the signal. I took it to this place and the people working there said although they arent able to inspect the motherboard or the cpu, they would at least be able to test the other possible problems, such as the memory, the graphics card, and simply the correct wiring. After not having a computer for 3 weeks, I was desperate for some kind of answer. After approximately an hour or two, they called me and said they found what the issue was and even went to the lengths of showing me that it actually works. I additionally told them that I was planning on installing Windows 10 via a USB drive and they had me try installing it right there so I wouldnt need to come back. I guess I had the wrong kind of flash drive, so they decided to install Windows 10 for me so I could just type in the Activation Key I had after they were done installing it. I am currently typing this review on the PC they helped fix, so I can assure you that their services are wonderful and I plan on going there again for a future visit! (They also do data recovery, but theyre nice enough to let you try data recovery for yourself before offering you their services.) Very nice and humble people.

Based on the reviews I read here I decided to give Human Computer a chance. My desktop had an issue with what I thought was the video card but I was not 100% sure. So I decided to have them take a look at it. They came to the same conclusion I did that the video card was bad. Human Computer quoted me a price for the video card which was actually a very good price (I had done research before hand, so I knew what the cards went for). They went ahead and completed the install (even updated the drivers) for me as well as looked into other issues they saw with my machine when diagnosing the problem, which was above and beyond what I would expect. Oh and I forgot to mention they took care of this all under 2 hours. I highly recommend Human Computer. Please make sure that you dont allow what the store front looks like before giving them your business, they are very good in what they do and charge a very fair price.

After several attempts to have human computer fix my laptop they informed me I should buy a new one (which they gladly sold me) as the hard drive was out in mine. I was told the new one was as good as or better than the one I had. After using the new one I released it was not as fast as the old one. I suppose if you know anything about computers this might be the place to go. If you are computer handicapped as I am you might want to go someplace where someone will take the time to explain your options. I have several other problems which I assume is between my chair and keyboard and will just deal with till I find someone to go over it with me. This is why I went to H C so I could get some personal service, unfortunately when I go back in there is another $75--$85 charge to complete what I thought was part of the original agreement .

I have been a customer of Human Computer since 1999. Unfortunately, I tried another computer shop because it was closer to home and I ended up paying almost twice as much as I expected and the issue wasnt fixed. When I took it back a week later, because of my job, they wanted to charge me their "diagnosis fee" again. I took it to Human Computer instead and not only did they fix the issue, they called me 3 hours before the estimated time. I have used their services many times, for various reasons, over the past 15 years and I have never been disappointed with their high quality services. Their top notch customer service is awesome.

Hi Im a first time customer and I brought in my desktop for a blue screen of death issue John and Mike and another gentlemen who I didnt get the name of helped me out without an issue they asked me about my problems and I left it with them, within twenty four hours they had fixed my computer and addressed why there was an issue and went over why I should right this time and recommended an SSD Drive which Im extremely grateful for. The quality of service for outweighs the price they charged me at the end of the day. They are great people and I plan on doing all future business with them and no one else you cant go wrong!

5.0 star rating 1/25/2017 I have been a customer of Human Computer for years. Their customer service has more than earned my loyalty. Their prices are very reasonable, customer service is professional and personable, and they have NEVER let me down! Most recently, my hard drive on my laptop crashed and it seemed that there was no way to retrieve the files. They worked tirelessly to save everything for me. I got my computer back like nothing had ever happened. And the cost to fix it was less than what they quoted me. NOBODY does that!

Very nice and helpful. Quick to help with carrying in items (as I walk with a cane). Did not immediately try to upsell me like many other retailers often do. Mike gave my computer tower a quick clean out with his air compressor, and was very patient when I had a major senior moment , drawing a blank on my password to log onto the computer (wow, embarrassing! LOL ) I highly recommend this business, based on my first impression and on the many positive reviews before mine!

I took my laptop to Human Computer, because my mom had gone there before, and I had read some reviews online that were positive. When there, they told me what problems they thought my laptop might have, and said how long it would take. They got the job done earlier than anticipated, and it works wonderfully! I was not charged a crazy sum, but actually really reasonable. They fixed the problem well!

My very first time going to a place to get my laptop fixed and loved it here! Great customer service and well priced! I felt very good about dropping off my computer here. I was surprised to be able to pick it as soon as i did! Now I am able to do work on my laptop without it being so slow! Definitely going back if I ever need to! John convinced me several months ago to NOT pay him to transfer my files to a new computer and helped me find the way to do it myself. This month he did a quick turnaround pulling my hard drive from a problematic lap top and transferring my .pst files to a new computer. I have always gotten straight answers, sound counsel and effective troubleshooting and repairs at Human Computer.

I have been going there for years. Always helpful and informative. Would not consider going anywhere else, they can be trusted. I have bought my last three computers there and a used on for my sewing machine. I have gotten virus in the past and they were quick to fix and the price was right. I live in Norco and go out of my way to go to them.
