My experience with NL Technology has been nothing but pleasant! I wouldnt say that Im super frugal, but I do believe in fair pricing. So after shopping around for prices and service, I decided to bring my poor cracked and dying iPhone to NL Technology; fortunately, it turned out to be a smart decision. Their customer service is great! Super friendly and helpful! They were able to return my baby back to me looking BRAND NEW in at most half an hour. I was so impressed! While I was there, I also found out that they fix computers and laptops. And get this, they give FREE diagnostics with no mandatory commitment! It was totally meant to be because Ive been meaning to bring my laptop somewhere to get it checked out. It was acting up but I wasnt sure if I really wanted to spend money to get it fixed. But since I could get it looked at for free, why the heck not? So I went for it the next day. After checking it out, they gave me a call informing me of the problem and what they could do to make it better. They didnt try to upsell me anything nor did I feel the pressure to take any immediate actions. They gave me options and I definitely felt that my decisions were respected regardless of the outcome. In the end, I gave them the green light to fix my other baby. And they did an excellent job once again. NL Technology definitely has it all, from reasonable and attractive pricing to wonderful customer service. I can say that its now my "go-to" place for technology related issues. I am one happy customer! (:

After shattering the screen on my iphone 5, i thought i might have to buy a new phone because i dont like how one of my friends phone turned out after he got his phone repaired. A week later i figure ill just get it repair for now because i dont want to spend money on a new one. Found NLtechnology on yelp and google, read some of their positive reviews and decided to give them a try. I found a couple shop that does the repair for $90 but they were charging $125 so i called them and asked why their prices were so high. They informed me that they use OEM parts and also change out the whole assembly and not just removed the broken glass like other places. Maybe my friend took his phone to one of those places and thats why it looked the way it does, with that said i decided to pay the extra $35 to see if they can make my phone look like it did before i dropped it. 30 minutes after giving them my phone and i amazed at how nice it looked. It screen looked brand new and the resolution and coloring was great. The extra $35 was so worth it and i couldnt be any happier with the service and the way the phone turned out. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone/everyone.

These guys are first rate. The first two times I thought my laptop was broken then told me how I could fix it myself and saved me the cost. The third time it was broken Sony wanted $200 minimum and it would be at least 3 weeks. They originally estimate $99 and a week. I picked it but the next day and because they didnt need to replace any parts it only cost $35 bucks. Love it when you find honest people, any time my computer or cell phone breaks Im going straight to them.

NL and friends of NL are running fraud! They offer extremely high returns/ finder fees. But only a tiny percent is used to buy electronics. They raise investor money for their lavish lifestyle, and trust accounts. Search San Diego court records. They are on the verge of bankruptcy!

These guys are awesome, every time I have ever used them or referred a friend they have exceed expectations with fast, friendly customer service and the highest level of technical work. They have a great warranty program and have always helped with any issue.

These guys are great!! Honest and very fast service. They were not able to repair one of my old phones that had a failed motherboard, free diagnoses and I know they spent a lot of time trouble shooting. This is my goto place for all iPhone repairs!

Great help, and totally upfront about all aspects. The recognized a hard drive failure they could not repair. They tried software recover on two drives and only charged $15 fro their time, then pointed me towards a hardware repair option. Thanks.
