RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Omar, either you are confusing me with someone else or you are being dishonest. Do you really not remember telling a customer that iPhone 5cs have flexible cases and cant be carried in a front pants pocket without the screen cracking? This all took place over several visits to your store in October and November but now, as I close out the year, I simply felt compelled to Yelp a non-judgmental, factual warning to others, not get into a big online fight with you. It was a green iPhone 5c; I was using a spring-clip to add pressure to the original screen so it would work some of the time; I had already opened the phones case to check the wiring but even re-attaching the screen cables didnt fix my screen problem, so I asked your employee, Sergio, to replace the screen; etc. Ill leave it at that and stand by my review, unless you want more info. If you really believed in Karma you would have admitted that the replacement screen might well have been faulty, rather than come up with a ludicrous story about phone-case flexibility and how it MUST have been my fault. People carry iPhones in their pockets all the time without cracking their screens. I can refresh your memory further with more details if you really want. You and Sergio seem like nice guys but I stand by my review and wish you both a happy new year. Original Review: iPhone screen was replaced because it was "dead" although it had never been cracked. Replacement screen lasted 2 weeks before coming out of my pocket with a weird crack across the top with lots of tiny cracks and bits of missing glass. I have NEVER cracked a screen and this was OBVIOUSLY not a "normal" crack. The guy who changed the screen acknowledged the abnormality of such a crack but neither he nor the owner would admit it was an inferior or imperfect replacement screen, and so Im out $95 and the screen doesnt work at all. This has made my phone completely inoperable.

I took my Note 4 in for repair it had dropped and had the ghost screen on it so it was the LED inside that was cracked. It took two weeks for the screen to come in and when they installed it they cracked it. I went for nearly 6 weeks without any kind of news from them as to where the reordering of my screen was and used my note 4 phone that had a crack in it. I also had went in and showed them that my ability to keep my light on was no longer working when I would dial a number. Nearly a total two months later I had a new screen (allegedly new screen) installed with the tiny little crack up on top which I gave no Credence to since the phone worked just fine. Two short weeks later my phone went black. Would I have taken my phone back to them? No way not after spending $225. And a total of nearly two months to fix my Samsung Note 4. I bought 4 phones since then none of which I like so finally I smartened up sent my phone into Samsung they fixed it for $71 and it works perfectly. Heads up this place only accepts cash.... why because they dont want you to be dissatisfied with their work and be able to challenge it or dispute it with your credit card company. I also should have known better than to trust someone that only takes cash for their business and wonder if theyre reporting all of that to the IRS

business at its best, and his computer repair service earn my five stars for competent, fast and fairly priced work. Day before a business trip I tried to swap discs on my Macbook. This is not a big deal.. the hard disk on a Macbook is designed to be user swappable. However, in the swapping the rubber guide rails that hold the drive in place pulled out. Replacing them isnt exactly hard, but requires a little bit of practice. Dont ask me how I know. I didnt have the time to do it myself, or the inclination to risk messing it up, so I did what anyone would do: typed Computer Repair into Yelp and started dialing. Called the top rated three places within 10 minutes of me. One couldnt do it that day, one wanted a $120 rush charge and four hours. One was coy.. they wanted me to come in so we could discuss it, then maybe theyd tell me if I they could do it that day and for how much. Yea, well, I want a house in Hawaii and a private orchestra, and thats not happening either. Then I gave a call. He gave me his address and said to come by whenever. He fixed it in 30 minutes while I ate lunch down the block and charged me $35.00. Easy, painless, competent and fairly priced.

the service itself was good but Terrible customer service ! They told me to go on google to write a review and I happened to see a groupon for the service I was getting . I asked if I could get it to use it and they said we had agreed on the price already and he wouldnt do it with the groupon! I asked several times why he wouldnt do it and he tried to lie about it that I could use just next time. I didnt sign any contract with price and I could definitely use the groupon. If you dont wanna your customers to know about your deals dont tell them to write a review on Google!!! Never coming back and you guys shouldnt go there either ! They definitely took advantage of me!!

I am delighted to say that Omar and Computer Geek 911 are excellent, after bad experiences with other local companies, I finally have a company that I can trust. Omar took the time to explain what was going on with my laptop, this is the only place I will be going from now on. With 4 teenagers at home, each having their own laptop I find myself needing repair quite often, this is the first time that I do not feel "taken advantage of" because I do not know computer repair. Instead of some snarky kid behind the counter, these guys really care, I will be referring all of my friends their way. They deserve it.

This place is super great . They are very knowledgable with computer . The first time I was hesitated to bring my mac computer to have my virus cleaned out. But within 1 hour they have reinstalled , retested and everything work great again. The price was reasonable and fast efficient service . The second time I brought my iPad in because I couldnt reset my password nor sign in the IPad. It was a last minute walk in and the owner helped me within 5 minutes . I am able to sign in the iPad again. I would trust this place and will bring any thing computer related to have them repair.

Price gouging, I tried bying a hard drive and have windows installed, 80 for a hard drive not bad, 49 to install windows...bad I told him 20 since I have a key and everything is on the laptop theres no need to install a new key on it. The guy was like fine you do it, ok... last time I checked Im not the one providing the service, $49 just to insert a CD? Yeah...no. I rather pay someone else the $100 with that shitty customer service.
