Geek squad is horrible. Especially the Asian girl with the black hair (sorry didnt get a name).. I have insurance on my Galaxy S6, this morning my phone would not turn on. All it had was a blue light flashing. She didnt even pick up my phone or try looking at it. She said I have to buy a new phone all together for 150$. Well turns out Google was more help then she ever will be. I typed in my problem, and found quite a few solutions to my problem as I guess this is a glitch from Samsung and quite common.. So to that woman, If your reading this I encourage you to get out of the customer service industry asap because your horrible at what you do. Im not shocked, I should have listened to the other reviews.

They sold us a warranty witch was ripped off, when I took my laptop they wiped out all my expensive software from my computer including my documents. I have HP laptop only 1 year old, all I needed was antivirus to be installed. The manager was rude he was trying to convince me with different kind of lies and gestures to say my lop top would have been out in a month witch is a complete lie witch I can see in his eyes. Please please STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN from Best Buy and Geek Squad SCAM.

I decided to use my Geek Squad warranty on my computer, and have them check out why my screen was malfunctioning. They told me that they had to send it to the manufacturer, and it would take 2 weeks. I wasnt happy, but I reluctantly approved. 2 weeks and they told me that I shouldnt expect it for another 2 weeks. 4 WEEKS and they told me that I probably wont get my computer back. They didnt offer me a backup before they took it, so now Ive lost my files.

Absolutely awful service. I asked them how they could help me with the Crytowall 3.0. I had paid the ransom and the guy I was working with talked it over with his supervisor and he told him that there was nothing that they could do or me. I went home and figured it out for myself. I dont know much about computers so if I could figure it out they would have no issues if they had at least tried!

My computer is worse off since I took it to this Geek Squad. The new memory card the put in my laptop was faulty, and caused my laptop to get the blue screen numerous times. Always short staffed. One of the WOREST computer repair companies I have EVER seen.
