A week after moving to San Diego, I of course dropped my iPhone 3G and shattered the screen. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to take the phone for repairs but knew that Apples $200 solution wasnt the answer. After Googling for the answer, Quick Fix Tech Repair came up in the result list, and it being centrally located in Horton Plaza made it a no-brainer for a newcomer to the city like me. Immediately upon walking in, I was greeted with a smile was given a firm price quote in writing and told that repairs to the digitizer glass would take 20 minutes. Sure enough! 20 minutes later my iPhone was repaired like new, and I can tell no difference between the new digitizer glass and the one that was installed by Apple. $69 cant be beaten, and the friendly, prompt service with a written repair price and a 20 minute turn around are a sure winner for anyone! I would recommend Quick Fix to any of my friends and you should visit them, too.

i asked to fix the screen of my laptop because it was just blank screen the whole time. the guy kept postponing the fixing for a whole month! his secretary or whoever she is kept on telling me that the guy who fixes the laptops will call me as soon as its done but never did. i had to keep on following up. One time i gave a surprise visit and the lady told me that the guy was in the movies with friends and wont be coming back to the store because hell go get dinner afterwards. I finally asked for my laptop and guess what! the screen was physically broken! it was just a blank screen then they gave it back to me with a crack. not only that, they lost my charger!! i had to keep following up for them to look for my charger. but the guy gave me attitude instead! he said "well lady! u can use watever charger! its not like you know the serial number"

this place was better than great. dropped my iphone 4 over the weekend. got a cracked front glass found this place saturday, called and then stopped by was thinking I would have to haggle them on price just to get a decent deal. I was way wrong. 79$ bucks to fix the broken screen. but said they have other colors. as well. ended up going with red. for an extra 20 bucks. My home button was on its way out as well. thought I should fix this too normally 50$. they fixed it for 20$ so I get a new front, new back in red, and new home button for 120$... do yourself a favor and go here next time your phone breaks. btw: when they were replacing screens the battery shorted out,... and they replaced it new for FREE.!!! this is the type of business you tell your friends about. the guys name is MIKE. and he can fix anything electronic.

I dunno how to rate this place. I went here cause it had 5/5 stars. My laptop screen cracked and I wanted it fixed by finals (2 months in advance). Apparently they order their screens from another company that orders them from China.......long story short my laptop screen was not fixed till Jan. They refunded $40 of my money so they did it as cost instead of getting a profit and they were nice about stuff, but seriously the entire experience irritated me!!! They should have done more OR not have lied cause they would ALWAYS say "the screen to your laptop will be in ____." It never was. The price was reasonable for a repaired laptop screen and with the discount it was even better, but seriously like 3 months?!?! Gimme a break.

DO NOT BRING ANYTHING TO THIS PLACE! This was bar none, the worst experience of my entire life. I brought my iPhone to Mike to get the screen fixed. First he tried charging me a higher price than what was on his website. Then when I come to pick it up, he tries to give me back a different iPhone than the one I dropped off! Shady, Shady, Shady. He tried to apologize and said it was his Wifes first time working on a iPhone but I know better! These people took my phone and used it for parts and tried to give me a junk one back. I have filed a police report against them and am trying to get the word out about these people. Please nobody go here, do not put yourself through what I did.

I sent my S4 into Samsung for a power button repair for $70. After 18 days of waiting for it, they somehow broke or dislodged my antenna (leaving me with 1x or bad 3g), scratched my screen, and wrote on the back of my phone with a blue bic pen. Rather than sending it back to Samsung and waiting another 2-3 weeks, I decided to call Quick Fix Tech Repair, since I usually bring broken screens to them. I called them and they said, "stop buy and well take a look at it. In the meantime, well order the part you may need just in case." After only 5 minutes in the shop, my phone was fixed and back in my hands at no charge!! Clearly there is a reason theyve been in business for almost 15 years.

I had my phone fixed with these guys. the next morning i saw my screen was bulging a little bit but didnt seem to think anything of it. then i dropped my phone accidentally and it immediately shattered from a height of about 2 feet. I took it to a different place a day later to have it fixed and the guy presumed to tell me that who ever did it before forgot to put in 2 screws, and also forgot to put one in by my home button. He told me if it was done right before then the phone would have never broken. I will never waste my money here again.

My iPhone 5Ss charging outlet seemed to be acting up and I had to wiggle the charging cable to get the phone to charge. So I took the phone into Quick Fix today. The gentleman behind the counter (who looked a bit like a slim santa) took a little tool from his pocket and proceeded to remove a lint ball from the area where I plug in the cable, and BOOM - it fixed it! I was thinking I was going to have to spend a hundred bucks to get it fixed, but no. They didnt charge me a cent for my lint fiasco. #slimsanta #fivestars #supercool

I had a great experience, and highly recommend this business to anyone with a cracked screen. I cracked my phone on a Saturday afternoon. I arrived at their location at 3:25 on that day, when their closing time was 4pm. Dakota, was more than helpful. & he even stayed after hours to repair my phone. I picked up my phone in an hour and it was good as new. You cant even tell that the screen has been replaced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! FIVES STARS!!!

Knowledgeable, friendly, cheap and fast. Stopped by during lunch to get my iPhone screen replaced. They were done in 20 minutes and the phone was as good as new. Spoke to the owner and he said that they have repaired over 1,000 phones in just a few years. They definitely know what theyre doing, which makes doing business with them very easy. I also felt their pricing was very fair for the convenient service they provide.
