This store has the worst customer service that Ive ever seen, and I highly recommend that you try a different location. This "computer shop" is junky, they have misplaced software that I have given to them, and have attempted to rip me off. For example, I had them replace my hard-drive, and they were intending on keeping my old hard-drive to sell for their PERSONAL profit - without even asking if I wanted my perfectly working hardware back. It took a while of arguing to finally have them agree to give me back my hardware. All I can say, dont go here. The second you walk into this store, youll understand that this store doesnt value their customers at all - theyre just after your money. Driving a little further for a real computer store would be the best choice for anybody who have had difficulties with their computer. Go to Best Buy - Geek Squad - You can just bring it in, and theyll take care of you for an extremely affordable price. DO NOT GO HERE.

I cant speak about their repair work or general merchandise pricing, but if you want to make a custom built computer this is definitely the place. Had a beautiful rig built here for about $1,300 with about $200 labor (Which sounds like a lot, but they keep your computer under a warranty through themselves for a year AND you have no risk of ruining the pieces you purchased, because they build it/change out ones they break). They dont overcharge for the actual computer pieces (the graphics card they gave me was actually less than NewEgg at the time). They had the computer built the very next day, because I asked if theres any chance they could have it done early. The only complaint I had is they didnt partition my HDD, so I had to, and that took like an 30 minutes to learn to do. Also, the regular "update" option is bugged, so I have to use another method...but this isnt their fault so much as the Windows 10 copy didnt download right.

I bought a computer on Newegg recently and was pretty disappointed when the motherboard came DOA. Newegg even had the balls to say that I damaged the motherboard and refused my refund! I was still having trouble with the computer, so I took it here. It was a simple problem, and the guy fixed it for free. The next day I bought a graphics card, and they threw in the cable I needed for free! I had another issue involving multiple monitors and went back. They gave me 15% off a new monitor because they remembered that I had bought the graphics card there earlier. I didnt have to remind them, they just did that, and threw in an adapter for free as well. Needless to say, Newegg will not have my business, I will go to ABI computers from now on.

I have been doing business with Mark for over 15 years and have always found him and his staff to be extremely helpful. Other than a long wait on hold a few times (they were really busy at the time) my experiences with ABI have been very positive. I have built 3 computers, one for my son and two for myself, and have had plenty of support. I recondition computers to donate and have found those older parts I needed, as well as the latest peripherals. I have yet to have a bad experience with these folks. They truly stand behind their products and have saved me a lot of money in the long run. I will do business with Mark and his crew as long as they are there.

I went to get a computer yesterday . They built me a computer custom to my needs, didnt try to oversell anything, and the computer started up with no issues whatsoever. I got an i5 processor, ssd drive, motherboard, etc. I know that I could have built the computer myself at a cheaper price, but what convinced me to buy from them is the fact that they are local, they give you a one year in house warranty, and fix any issues that you might have. Keep in mind that custom building a computer will always provide you a better value than buying one at BestBuy. Its cheaper and often more powerful. I will definitely be using ABI again.

My computer would not power up, so I took it to ABI hoping to get my power supply replaced but was told that not only was my power supply bad but my motherboard and hard drive as well. Recommended a new computer, which I purchased. I found out later that my motherboard and hard drive was fine. After being contacted by Mark Sweet ABI has offered a full refund and to work on customer communication skills.

These guys rock , was contemplating buying a new computer because mine was lagging and seemed slow , they put in a SSD and maxed the RAM out and my computer rocks now , lightning fast and about for 1/10 the price of buying a new one , thanx guys , you got my business from now on and highly recommend your business for anyone who has computer problems , 5 star service

Very friendly and the man new what he was doing has good wares and the know how to use them. Real nice guy.... Pretty cheap considering all the other places Ive been to. I feel this is the best place for repairs buying selling or just flat out building you a custom computer

2 times i have been in they would tell me it would be done in certain amount of time and give me a quote..they ended up charging me twice as much as they said for labor..then i questioned then on it knowing that was way to much for a solder job and they were very rude
