I had a new HTC One with cracked glass that needed repair. The rest of the phone was completely functional. The touch screen still worked if I delicately dragged my finger across the broken glass. Day 1: Dropped it off at 9AM. I was quoted a price between $155 and $175 for a glass repair. They weren’t sure of the exact part, but would let me know if they had the part in their warehouse and, if so, perform the repair. Stopped by after 5PM to pick up the phone and they said they did have the part, but wanted more time to ensure they could properly install the glass as they had never done it. Day 2: Dropped the phone off at 9AM again. I came back after 5PM to get the phone. The broken glass was repaired, however, during the effort to replace the glass, they broken the volume rocker button on the side of the phone and left a noticeable gap at the top of the phone between the glass and back shell. Reluctantly, I took the phone home for the weekend after paying $150 (reduced from $175 from the price quote due to the damage). Over the weekend I became aware that the phone mic (where you speak into during a phone call) was non-functional. Also, the software did not allow the speakerphone volume to be changed…only the (broken) side volume rocker seems to control that….so the speakerphone was left on a very loud setting. The software was able to control (youtube) video volume however. Day 3: Dropped the phone off a 9AM again. Explained that the phone was now broken since the phone mic was non-functional. They said they’d have a manager call me by 2PM…no later than 3PM. No call at all that day. I showed up at 5PM to get the phone. A manager person was there and I explained the situation again. He said he wanted one more day to look at the phone and said he would either fix the phone correctly, or replace the phone (approximately $600 if bought off-contract). They said they would call me by close of business the next day. Day 4: They called at approximately 4:15PM or so and said they would refund the $150 repair fee and return the phone. They apologized for the damage. That was it. Overall: They seemed helpful and willing to try to fix a phone they didn’t know how to fix. But if they could not fix it, they should have given it back and said “We cannot work on this phone, sorry.” Instead, I went from a phone with just broken glass to an unusable phone, with nothing by a “sorry about that” response. No offer to replace the phone, no offer to pay for a new phone…nothing. Sadly, I do not recommend this company.

I called in earlier today to ask for a price to replace my cracked iPhone 6s Plus screen and they said the price would be $65. When I drove all the way to the store, I asked the man and he said it would be $85. When I asked he also made it seem like I was the one at fault so I went back into my car and researched more places for iPhone repairs and I found WIRELESS DOCTORS in the Durango Commons and they were very kind and helped me right away. WIRELESS DOCTORS said that it would take about an hour to fix my phone but they did it in 30 minutes and my phone looked brand new! Dont waste your time at this place and just go to WIRELESS DOCTORS to get your phone fixed. You definitely wont regret it and they wont try to screw you over into paying more than what you were told! ☺️ EDIT: To reply to owner, the LCD screen was not broken and I know that for a fact because before I went on the search for reputable repair shops, I went into the Apple Store and asked them myself if it was only the screen that had to be replaced and they said yes and that I should be able to have it done easily since "there is no repair that needs to be done on the LCD". Also, if the LCD screen was the reason why it was $85, the man there shouldve told her that that was the reason the price went up. And also, when the iPhone was fixed at WIRELESS DOCTORS, the only thing they replaced was the glass and the LCD is working just fine, no discoloration, no cracks, etc. Also, I dont see any opinions on here at all. All facts! Im just calling out your dishonorable company. Charging an extra $20 for a LCD screen that isnt even broken? Pictures: attached I have posted pictures of my cell phone (displaying an all white color swatch for maximum visibility) after the WIRELESS DOCTORS have replaced only my glass screen not even touching the LCD.. Hey SM! Can you show me where the LCD damage is? Thank you and have a good day☺️ Edit: to reply to owner: I know that. My intent was just to let people know that there are far better places and more HONEST businesses out there that deserve more customers than you do. Also, do me a favor and please do point out the LCD damage that the clerk at the store "quickly saw" on my phone. Mind you that this phone has only had the glass replaced, nothing else.

**Newly updated review - Thank you for your quick response and resolution to this matter. I will be doing business with you again and I will be referring business to you.** I had previously posted a negative review based on my experience at the West Charleston location. Within hours of posting my comment, the owner,Eytan Klepach, emailed me to see what he could do to make the problem right. I thereafter received a phone call from Eytan apologizing for the way his employee handled the situation and offered to replace the damaged computer. This is not what I expected ! Eytan was very straight forward and explained that he already looked into the problem and was aware of everything that happened. He told me to come to the store the same afternoon he he would replace my computer. He patiently listened to me vent my frustration and calmly said he understood completely and said let me know when you want to come by. Being skeptical as I am I expected to get some refurbished computer. When I went to meet with Eytan the next day, he came out, shook my hand and handed me a brand new sealed in the box computer which was better than the one I brought in to have repaired. Eytan and I sat down and spoke about the incident and he informed me that his is a family business and he was appalled at how the situation was handled. I also run my own small business and could appreciate the concerns and frustrations Eytan expressed in running a business dependent on employees. I can not say enough about the incredible professionalism of Eytan Klepach and smart Fix. His pride in his business earned my respect and future business.

Well, I guess this makes this already 2 out of 3 since the previous comment. I dropped off my phone to have the screen repaired because it was broken and they told me that its 100 bucks for a screen replacement. They called me back later on that day to tell me that they also recommend to replace the battery because it was bad and that they would charge me another 50 bucks for it. I came back the next day to pick it up and the phone was working fine for the first 3 hours until none of the buttons I pressed on my iPhone 5s were working. I came back the next day and they told me that they were going to have the phone ready in a few hours. I came back again for the third time and they fixed the button issue. Then 2 weeks after that, the battery would just die even when I would plug the charger to it. I was upset and this happened after the 12 day warranty that they issued to me. I opened my phone and it turns out that they installed instead a used battery on my phone. For those of you who want their phones REPAIRED, do it yourselves because its cheaper and YOU can BUY PHONE parts at FRYS ELECTRONICS or EBAY. There are do-it-yourself videos on YouTube that can help you with that. Never again will I ever come back to this place for any phone issues and those of you who are reading this shouldnt either. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
