Very poor service. I took my computer in after it began running extremely slowly for no apparent reason. Rick called me the day of, with a diagnosis that made nearly no sense, and became very rude when I tried to ask questions for a better explanation. He ended up wiping my computer, then installing the wrong operating software (32 bit not 64 bit). I brought it back to him to have the correct one installed, and he very reluctantly and rudely tried to do it for me, but was unable do to some "error". Took it home, did it myself in an hour. Overall, not in any way as knowledgeable as a professional should be, rude, unhelpful.

Just had failing laptop diagnosed and repaired. Picked it up today. They installed a new hard drive and restored all my data (lots of photos) and really only charged for the hard drive itself. A couple of years ago a Best Buy offered to restore data for me for $289, after the price of the repair. Fortunately I was backed up both times, bur it is great to have it back. Lovely, gentle manner with customers. Carried out a heavy computer for another lady just as I came in. Intelligent and thoughful. LISTENS to your description of the problem. Would use again in a heartbeat!! June

Really great service and prices from here. I am a very satisfied customer and will go here whenever I have questions or concerns about my computer in the future. They are very kind too. In fact, I rode my bike in the rain for 1 hour to get there, and after they noticed how wet and tired I was, the manager offered to let me put my bike in the back of his truck and he actually drove me the 20+ minutes back to my apartment. It was an incredibly nice gesture and I am very thankful for it. I highly recommend!

I needed a laptop at home and didnt want to buy an expensive one at a big box store. I heard about Laptop Repair Centers good prices on their refurbished computers. They took time to explain things and helped me figure out what would best suit my needs, and I walked away with the perfect little laptop for me! It cost much less than a new computer, and I was happy to still be able to use Windows 7. Id definitely recommend LRC for service and for buying computers too!

I asked them to clean the dust out of my laptop because of overheating problems, and they cleaned it out and replaced the thermal pad, all done the next day. I will certainly go through them again.
