I had purchased a new printer, couldnt get it to work. Worked once and then quit. Ready to return the printer, also bought a Blu Ray player to access Net Flicks and couldnt get it to work, the power light was on but no picture. My usual IT person (my daughter) has moved to Arizona, I did a google search for computer service in Las Vegas, found several ads that reminded me of used car salesmen, NO prices mentioned, no names involved. All ways wary of a scam, I found this one from ABCD computers, right out front and proud, $80.00 per hour. NO haggling, no looking at my house and guessing how much I can pay. Price was quoted up front. The google listing for ABCD also asked people to read and write their reviews. This guy is proud of his reviews, that says a lot about him. He shows up early, he lets me explain the problem instead of finishing my sentences like so many others. He starts with the smaller problem and knocks it out in minutes. Getting the printer to work took some more time, but he finished within the one hour I had budgeted for him. Stayed around to double check that it all works. What more can you ask for? He did the job that I needed, in the time he suggested, for the price I was willing to pay. Good deal, no Surprises. I will call them if needed in the future. Bill

After calling a few other places I felt like Pete was the most honest and upfront. Also the cheapest which who doesnt like saving money. I only needed an OS install which he told me would be $50 if it all went smoothly but did say if things got complicated it would raise to $100. Everything went as planned so I was only charged the $50(thank you for your honesty Pete). I dropped my laptop off at 4pm and by 8am the next day it was ready for pick up. I also noticed no bloat ware or extra programs that would bog the computer down so thats a huge plus, my laptop actually runs faster than before. Overall review, great price, fast service, honest and reliable. Also noted I had a problem with the touch pad on the laptop and called Pete. He had no problem spending 5 minutes running a few ideas by me to help fix the issue. So thank you again for going above and beyond even after the deal was done. A+ family business.

Thankful! Danielle at ABCD Computer fixed my computer which had suddently died unexpectedly. I needed a fast fix since I am a consultant and my livelyhood is all within my computer. What was throught to be a possible total hard drive failure turned out to be something not difficult to fix but needed tech expertise to identify the issue and resolve. ABCS was focused, friendly and efficient in fixing my computer and it is back to new! Love the service options. I chose to drive to him as needed to determine how big of an issue I might have. Project work due and work was only on this computer! So I drove to them. As said, Danielles service was fast, friendly, and affordable! I will refer them to anyone needing help! I have always been nervous about computer repair places - And often try to do the repairs myself; However I found that I had a problem that I couldnt resolve on my own. Our corporate IT guy found these guys online and while I initially protested, I took the computer in to them; They pretty much had the problem fixed the next day, (some virus) and I brought the computer back. When I reinstalled the box I had another problem, and was completely stuck. I called ABCD and Pete came out to my location; He found the problem quickly and had my computer running in about an hour. I was prepared to pay when he told me it was NO CHARGE - Since they didnt catch the problem the first time it was FREE. That is true customer service. He was very polite and professional, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend ABCD computers! Thank you so much!

I called ABCD Computer Repair last thursday in regards to my computer running slow and possibly a virus. Pete was very nice on the phone, answered some questions, informed me of a few issues that it could be and if it could be fixed. I was able to schedule a house call appointment for the same day (Lori was very nice when taking my information down) and Pete showed up a little early to my surprise. Pete was very nice, spoke to me about the issues, did not lie, or hide anything from me. I was very pleased at how active he was on fixing my computer for my husband and I. I was able to pickup my laptop the next day, it runs amazing, and I am so thankful for everything he did to fix my laptop. Thank you so much Pete. I plan on calling ABCD Computer Repair for all my computer issues.

I wanted to thank ABCD computers for fixing my computer, printer and internet connections, so it all works right & together. It cost around $80.00, half what the others said they would charge.They fixed it all, maybe 4-months ago, or so, but today [10/17/2016], frustration was high, while working online, my internet quit! After an hour of pain and frustration, thinking, I was going to lose money, not being able to complete my work, I pulled out my ABCD computers business card, left over from my other repair work; called and in less then 3-minutes, my internet was back on, wow, quick, easy & painless and they charged me nothing. If you need repair work done quick & at a fair price, call or email ABCD computers......save money & stress, call them first!

While trying to help out our 4 legged friends, I carelessly downloaded a virus. Bad news for me. Tried to fix it myself....right? Found ABCD Computers. Good news for me!! These kind and caring folks had me up and running in exactly the time promised and at exactly the price agreed upon. Pete saved my files, scrubbed them clean and re-installed them. They installed an excellent security program so I wont get infected again. They are an honest FAMILY BUSINESS that I can trust completely, no worries about leaving my personal information with a shop full of computer whiz kids. Im almost glad it happened. Its like getting a brand new computer for a fraction of the price ! ! If you screwed up like I did, calling ABCD Computers is no mistake.
