Last weekend, I was on a company trip to Las Vegas and I booked the Golden Nugget for my stay. As I was busy preparing all the necessary presentations and other documents for the meeting which was planned in the evening, I happened to recognize that my laptop applications have began to slow down. I was just pondering over the reasons why such thing happened to my system. With various questions and concerns on my mind, I rushed up to the admin department to seek for guidance and fortunately, one of the staffs recommended me Computer Repair Las Vegas Inc. I was still worried as I was totally new to the place and had a fear of losing my reputation by becoming unable to present the documents in the meeting. I contacted this service with a bit of hesitation as I was almost helpless but these guys were giving me a confident look. They asked me what I did and when did the system work fine recently. I told them briefly about my whole situation and the meeting and within 10 minutes, they found out the main reason why the system performance was low and they told that I’ve mistakenly downloaded a virus. Then, I remembered clicking the download option of a spam mail and disclosed it to them. They asked me to relax for a while and promised to clear out everything within an hour. But still, I was just looking at their work without hope as there have been many times in my life where I’ve sought for several laptop services but they generally take up 2-5 days to resolve the bugs. So, I was waiting for them to fix the issue very soon. Unlike other service people, these guys were so very interesting and they involved in the virus-removing task as they had a wonderful conversation alongside with me. By way of the conversation we had, I had the opportunity to grasp the critical factors of Virus attacking the system and the discussion with them helped me to gain some knowledge about the type of risky data that forms the internet files. 40 minutes passed by and they told me the virus is completely removed. I was like “OMG…Is that true..?” but they casually explained and had shown me the laptop after rebooting it and it was working fine with all my necessary documents taken as back-up. I would highly RECOMMEND these guys and Computer Repair Las Vegas Inc. is just for every Laptop or PC user who is in need of immediate and quality service with affordable cost. They are pretty fast in fixing the issue and the whole team is highly reliable at any point of time with great dedication of services. So if at all you are struck with your PC or laptop at any time, do not hesitate to contact them as soon as possible as they are always ready to help you out in case of any emergency situation. I will seek their service once again if I have any problem.

My knowledge of computer terminology is very limited but I did understand that there was a problem when my laptop would not power on beyond a blue screen. The guys at LV Computer were incredibly patient and professional in helping me to understand what was going on with my computer. I had called them based on the reviews I had seen on Yelp. Being able to trust the company was the determining factor because I was worried about losing all of my data, photos and music as I had been slacking in my habit of backing things up. They kept me informed on each stage of the diagnosis, even stating ahead of time that what they believed the outcome could be and never mislead me. For me just having them be so incredibly nice, so patient and never making me feel like they were rushed or had better things to do than spend time explaining things to me made a world of difference. I have encountered so many examples of poor service over the years, even from the business I had purchased my computer from ... this was a refreshing and experience. I can not thank them enough for saving all my stuff and returning a working laptop to me and giving me guidance on how to prevent this from happening again ... all at an extremely reasonable price. I called Computer Repair while in town visiting my 90 year old mother. She has had a computer for about 15 years and only uses it for e-mails. She receives a lot of e-mails with different types of attachments. It is her view of the world because she doesnt get out much anymore. She has been complaining about how slow her computer was and I tried to help by running cleaning type of programs, but they were not working. I took her computer to Computer Repair and they ran extensive tests and determined that for the capacity on her computer, there were too many programs fighting for memory. They also found a virus that had been there since June 20014. They cleaned all up and removed the unneeded programs. Unfortunately, I was not there when she got the computer back. Her grandson hooked it up and left. Mom was totally dismayed and very upsety because what she was used to seeing was all different. I called Computer Repair and they went out to work with her and try to set things up as similar to what see was used to as possible. Oh, did I mention, my Mom has a strong French accent! I still help her using a sign in program where I can access her computer, but I am very thankful that this Company took the extra step to assist when I could not be there. I totally recommend them! Thankful in New Mexico...

I dont rate things 5 star very often. I do all my mother-in-laws computer support remotely. when her computer did not reboot after a failed shut-down, I started calling around in her area. what i found after 5 calls was a place that first, understood everything i was talking about and, second talked in a professional manner. her computer was returned to her, and to my amazement everything was done perfectly. plus they re-installed most things that I was planning on doing. this saved me over 3 hours of work i was more then happy to do myself. It cost her about 25 percent of what rip off artists like Geek Squad ( I worked for them once ) would have charged.The difference between the two is, it does not need to go back because things were not completed. Its funny. I am so excited that a company does what they say they will do, with a fair price, and are easy to work with. If you have the patience to ready this super long review, STOP HERE! As a Physician, I am writing my highest praises to Adam and the crew for bringing back my dead computer. It was a very serious power Flux that caused my Hard drive to fail. Upon initial Diagnosis there was no heart beat (Drive Heads not recognizing even the presence of a Disk) Then through methodical persistence, and 18 years of experience - the 1s and 0s magically reformed my data structure back to the original usable files. All this was done with great enthusiasm and professionalism. The technitions adhere to strict Hippa Compliance. No structured data was actually looked at nor lost. At the end of the recovery process, Success! I have used this company before for 2 other small jobs of which they were very good, but this one job was of critical importance to me and they preformed in Excellence!
